  This hotel is nice. I stayed there a few times. The last time I stayed there I had to report the room next to us. It turns out they caused thousands of dollars in damages. That explains all the noise that was going on for hours. That being said. I request for the manager to contact several times and no response, no voicemail, no call. This is something that needs to be addressed. I paid good money to not get the rest a staycation is meant for.

  Tons of homeless less than a mile away but rooms were clean and bed springy and medium firm. Pillows decent but expect neck aches if you aren’t good with down pillows. Massive rooms for conferences and pool was clean. Sister company behind the crowne is the Querque and you can use the spa hot tub and indoor pool if you like. Badge works there and told we can use it

  Our room was lovely except for the air conditioning. Once we brought it to the front desk, they upgraded us to a new room. We really enjoyed the bar/restaurant. Service and food quality were great! The outdoor pool is the BEST! It is well maintained and clean. Towels were in good supply. Shout out to Brandy in the breakfast restaurant. Their service was stellar! Sienna and Angela at the bar were professional and attentive. Wonderful service all around! This is why we are gold elite members!.

  we go there a couple of times every summer for the pool and location, as we like going downtown frequently, and taking University to Lomas is so easy..we had issues for the first time with our room, but as soon as I brought it to their attention, they moved us. The bar and restaurant both have a great staff and good food. Especially want to recognize Brandy for a wonderful breakfast experience both days we were there..the red and green have gotten better. Sienna was also very helpful. Overall the place has some minor issues they need to work on...but we'll be going back this summer.

  I recently checked in at Crowne Plaza Albuquerque--just me and my dog--for an overnight stay on the way to Durango. I was impressed with every aspect of the hotel--but had no idea I would have an experience the following morning that would make me forever grateful to the outstanding staff of CP! I fell flat on my face outside--no fault of the hotel--and was treated like royalty for the entire next day by Jeanette, Amber, Scott, Jonathan, Lyn, Joanie, and two very professional EMTs from Albuquerque. Jeanette walked my dog several times; Amber brought me food from the restaurant and got a few things I needed from my car; Jonathan and Scott made sure that my stay was as comfortable as it could be after whacking my head on the pavement and breaking my glasses! Not only did Scott communicate with my son by phone, he offered to take me to a local Eyemart Express to get my glasses replaced. I have NEVER received such caring and thorough attention from a company! All the hotel amenities were excellent, but the icing on this big cake was the friendliness of the people who checked on me hourly and made me feel entirely safe. I will be forever grateful to each of them! Due to this experience, my first choice in lodging from here on will be Crowne Plaza hotels.
