- KSKristi Skinner4 days ago5.0Wonderful hospitality staff especially from Brandy in dining area. She was so helpful, so friendly, so funny. Made us feel comfortable and seen. Her hospitality surpassed all other working staff during our stay, and will be the reason we return . For a hotel that was at capacity from day one of our stay, we never lacked for any amenities. Awesome experience, thanks so much!
- NJNick Jernigan5 days ago5.0Just spent a two week stay here for work and glad I selected this hotel. The highlights were the great and friendly staff and the courtyard pool area. I had a first floor pool room which had a peaceful patio with pleasant landscaping to look out at. Those rooms have easy access to the parking area for quick in and out. Also, I had breakfast here everyday which was great, the steak and eggs were amazing! Brandy and Pablo are so friendly and help get your day started on the right track. I was also impressed by the daily housekeeping which kept my room immaculate. The itself was comfy and well maintained. If I could offer one piece of feedback, they could use new carpet in the halls on the first floor guest areas as it was getting pretty worn. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in town for work.
- BMBob MotofoodyMay 6, 20264.0We had our annual motorcycle event at this hotel. Staff was great, food was decent enough, but the rooms were a little disappointing. The beds were springy and worn out, the shower curtain was too short and got water all over the floor, and the sliding glass door was just terrible. The wheels were completely worn out and it stuck so bad that my wife couldn't close it by herself, took me (6'1" 230lbs) both hands to get it shut enough to lock it. I will say the night manager was great. I'm usually up no later that 0400 and she made coffee several hours early for me. Thanks for that!!

We accidentally booked our room for the wrong day, and Mia made sure to take care of us and kept the situation from being as frustrating as it could have been! She reminded us that mistakes happen to everyone and she very calmly walked us through our options to resolve the mistake. We’re so thankful she was there because I’m actually here traveling for medical procedures and I’m already stressed and tired. Mia was truly a light and we’re grateful for her calm and friendly assistance. Thank you Mia!
