  Bathroom is dirty there’s no toiletries available and when I went To ask for some downstairs the guy at the desk was very rude about it. I had my pet and was charged an extra 20$ on top of the 40$ fee which I had no choice but to agree. I also paid for a late check out and house keeping kept trying to barge into my room fd called me to see when I was checking out and I had to tell her I paid for the late check out and she hung up on me p.s night shift blond kid was very nice and helpful

  There were some issues with the room. It was clean although the trash cans were not lined. The door did not close properly. I had to deadbolt and do the other latch and the door was still open slightly. If anyone else open their door in the hallway my door would wiggle. The mattress was not very comfortable at all and the hotel was noisy. Could hear conversations from other people in their rooms . The staff was friendly and the breakfast was well done with a lot of options. The price was good

  My husband is currently waiting to hear from a representative regarding camera footage for a police report involving his stolen motorcycle and trailer. We need this footage to proceed with the claim. A clerk previously informed him that parking in the lot was not permitted; however, the theft occurred where we were told to park.

  You can't ask for a better location. So close to the airport. They're one things I must say. These employees are top notch. I thought i left my room door open when I left and jewelry was taken. I spoke with them. They were 100 percent helpful. Turns out nothing was missing thank goodness. Honestly the staff here are the sweetest kindest staff anywhere Gathering of nations trip Best trip ever

  Rosa The housekeeping manager needs to be thorough and clean more thoroughly have her team and staff clean rooms more thoroughly missing things that don’t need to be missed towels not in the room soap not restocked staff not worried about the right things. lazy staff. I would recommend more hospitality training.
