I have used this hotel for 30 years. Their automated reservation system booked me twice for the same night rather than on two different nights. Their policy would not let me change this mistake though I talked with them three times. I will never stay with Best Western again.

I definitely recommend this hotel if staying in Albuquerque. I thought the location was good. Can easily get to anything in Albuquerque. All the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was very good. It is an older hotel, the walls are thin, so you can hear conversations and other things from other rooms. I did feel safe at this location as well. But overall, I do recommend this hotel and would stay again!

I based my “two stars” on the following scale; 1 star = “homeless shelter” / 5 stars = The Four Seasons. I believe two stars was very generous based on this overpriced, VERY outdated and dirty place. If you have room in your budget to do something nicer I would definitely opt for something nicer!

I really wish there was an option for more than 5 stars! From the moment I called asking for an early check in, to checking out the next morning, everything was absolutely perfect. The room was clean and comfy, location was convenient, the breakfast was great, and I'm not exaggerating when I say I've never experienced better customer service in my LIFE than from every single person we encountered on this stay. We will take more trips to Albq simply because this is our new favorite place to stay. Ya'll are absolutely the best :)

It was awful, I’m not even over exaggerating a huge flying cockroach was in the bathroom right when I got settled in the bathroom and so I called the front office to help me get Clorox wipes after I cleaned it and the next morning I was washing my face and ANOTHER flying roach came out of the sink!!! There was a roach leg on the ground it was awful. I’m so grossed out
