  The general manager goes above and beyond!!! Rooms are cleaned daily; breakfast is amazing with lots of healthy options, no shortage of food, and soooo clean! He enjoys treating both the children and visiting pets!

  I think this is a hotel people live at. There were guys hanging out in front of the main entrance smoking weed and cigarettes. I called numerous times from the car on my way in and no one answered the phone at the front desk. There is no water fountain and the air conditioning in the room I was in hardly worked despite it saying it was set to 60. Also the door for my room was clearly forced open at some point. This is well below the standards I expected from the brand.

  Do not stay here unless you want to be scared bugs are going to crawl on you during your sleep. I understand this place is cheap, but at the same time this is not a motel. The room was $174 a night. When we got there, we had a room on the first floor. I walked in, looked to my right and there was something that looked like a bee. Turns out it's called an earwig. Harmless but still nasty looking. Upon further examination, there were 3 MORE. We went to the front desk, who was super nice by the way and he upgraded us to a suite on the second floor. We thought okay it was ground level so we will have better luck higher up. Wrong. There were more in that room too and ants crawling out of the AC unit. At this point, it's 2am and we needed to be on the road by 9am. We didn't say anything we just wanted to get the hell out at 9am. But it's gross. Don't stay there.

  2.5 stars rounding up. Hotel was clean, safe, and easy. Staff was kind. However the rooms were very “meh”. Random things were disappointing or frustrating and there were so many that it got annoying: the doors were sticky so you had to slam them to make sure your room door actually closed, the water pressure in the bathrooms was the worst I’ve ever experienced in a hotel, and the bed was made with one single sheet and no blankets, comforter, or second sheets. When we called down asking for one they only had a single duvet cover available to offer.
