  My son and I stayed here for one night, great hotel. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was good. Breakfast was a nice spread. Bathrooms are a little small, otherwise great stay!

  We visited this place for the first time for just one night. The experience was good. A quiet, comfortable place to sleep. The internet worked very well for the streaming I needed. The bed was comfortable. The coffee has a good quality and taste. The room was comfortable, clean and organized. The bathroom good. Plenty of parking and nice staff for the few people with interacted with. I recommend this place.

  This Holiday Inn Express has been a most positive repeat destination. Whether the stay included family, friends or grandchildren, it has always been a pleasure to stay in this location. The rooms have been clean and comfortable, the breakfast includes multiple kosher options , which is helpful for us, the location is convenient, and most importantly , the staff has been responsive and gone above and beyond for us. I'd like to point out several staff members and commend them for their repeated thoughtfulness and quick responsesto our needs Their positivity and hospitable manner is the reason we have returned repeatedly and intend to come back again in the near future. Miles' courtesy in offering me his parking space, which was near the entrance , when there were only spaces located at a great distance which is challenging for me to walk , was more than appreciated. It was a very kind and sensitive gesture. I found out afterwards that he is not a regular employee at this location, and yet he still went above and beyond for a visitor. Corrie has been helpful and friendly.during each of our visits and was responsive to our needs as guests at the front desk in a most lovely manner. I also want to commend Jarrett who went above and beyond to try and find us a room that was most accessible, despite the fact that we had not included that request in our original reservation. He acted quickly to make sure that we would have everything we needed. That was most appreciated as well. Finally, Audra was just outstanding in the way she responded to any request we had, and was trruly concerned and proactive in making sure that our stay was most comfortable and enjoyable. She did not farm out our request to others, but rather took the needed action herself to correct any problem or steer us in the right direction. I cannot say enough about these employees and how helpful they were to us , and how much they deserve to be commended by the organization. We will be staying at this property again very soon and my fervent hope is that all of them willl be on duty when we arrive. Your family friendly, location and guest friendly employees make our vacation something we always look forward to. Thank you!

  Just got back from 4 nights at Holiday Inn Express and very impressed. Great complimentary breakfast with all my oatmeal,yogurt,fresh fruit and fresh grind coffee. Plenty of bottled water to take with and very good service keeping everything filled.Rooms were updated and staff kept plenty of towels and cleaned daily. Front desk always had staff to take care of any needs and were very helpful. Plenty of parking and well maintained. Good prices and I will be back next trip to west Long Branch. Good job

  I had booked my reservation via IHG well in advance at a favorable rate. Unfortunately, there was an issue processing the Chase IHG credit card on file. I was later told the hotel attempted to contact me, but I never received a phone call or voicemail – I checked the recent activity on my phone to confirm. Instead, I received an email informing me that my reservation had been canceled. Within just a few minutes of receiving that email, I immediately called IHG Guest Relations to resolve the issue. Rather than simply reinstating my reservation at the original rate, I was told the only option was to rebook the room at the current rate—nearly $100 higher than my original reservation. During that process, the call was accidentally disconnected, requiring me to call back and start over again. Reluctantly, I rebooked because I had already committed to staying there, was in route to the hotel, and had no practical alternative. When I arrived at the hotel, it was clear the staff was dealing with an unusually hectic evening. A new employee was being trained, and the hotel was filled with several youth softball teams. The lobby was extremely busy and chaotic. Given those circumstances, I can certainly understand how mistakes or miscommunication may have occurred. My concern is not with the staff personally, but with the outcome. I have been an IHG One Rewards Platinum Elite member for years and I try to stay exclusively at IHG properties. In fact, I already have ten additional IHG reservations scheduled for the remainder of this year alone. In all my years of loyalty to IHG, I have never experienced having a reservation canceled and then being required to pay a substantially higher rate despite contacting the hotel almost immediately after receiving notice.
