  We've stayed at this location many times as we do a training in town throughout the year. My team showed up at 11:00 pm, there were 4 people in two rooms saying for 3 nights. The woman working the desk was extremely rude, disrespectful and combative. My team claims she was that way from the time they walked through the door. We've done this exact scenario, I book rooms and my team stays, a number of times over the past few years. Apparently, from this women working the desk, they need to be listed individually on the rooms and need the credit card the room was booked with. After they weren't able to figure out a solution they called me and the extremely nasty women gave me a 5 minute lecture on why this was such an egregious offence not letting me speak or intercede. When i finally spoke over her she threw down my employees phone and hollered that she now wasn't going to help us. This was last Monday evening, I called to explain the situation the following day assuming as a business owner that management would like to know when they are loosing business of not only one repeat customer but I'd be letting the organization that we go down to, who has this hotel listed as a preferred vendor, of our experience. I spoke with someone named "Honey" and was given a case number and told someone would be getting back to me within 2-3 business days. As of writing this post, the following week, I have not been contacted by anyone from the company. This was our least expensive option in the area but we'll never send another employee here and will question any other Holiday Inn in the future since the lack of attention of management obviously is where this type of behavior begins.

  Book somewhere else if you have the choice. Our first room smelled like feet so we asked for a different room. Our second room had a ticking/chirping outlet (with broken USB ports) right by the headboards. The maintenance employee tried to tell us that the ticking/chirping outlet was normal. We asked for a different room again. Our third room had hairs in the bed linens and most of the towels but we weren't gonna ask to change again; it was already embarrassing enough asking to change rooms twice. The employee at the front desk was very friendly and didn't make it sound like a problem at all, thankfully. The beds were very comfortable and the blinds worked very well, at least. I didn't try the breakfast so I can't speak on that.

  Front desk staff needs more training..They are not that friendly or helpful.

  Fantastic service. Awesome staff. Great hotel. Best hotel around. Heated pool. Great breakfast, fit for a king/queen.
