  The staff were really nice, helpful, and professional, but unfortunately, that does not make up for how disappointing the rooms were. The rooms were honestly hideous, outdated, and nowhere near worth the money. There were so many problems during my stay: the lights didn’t work, the outlets in the room didn’t work, the bathroom sink wasn’t working properly, and there was even mold on the wall. On top of that, we experienced false fire alarms, which made the stay even more frustrating. The front desk staff were kind and helpful, but there is only so much they can do when the condition of the rooms is this poor. I’ve been a member for almost 14 years, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at this hotel. It’s extremely disappointing to see the property in this condition after being a loyal member for so many years. Unfortunately, after this experience, The condition of the room was also unacceptable. The ceiling had visible staining and damage, and the overall room looked extremely dated and poorly maintained. For what I paid, I expected a much higher standard. I will not be coming back.

  One star for the comfortable bed. The only decent thing in this dirty hotel. Awful room lighting. Had to ask for towels after requesting our room be cleaned during our stay. There was a large tour group staying there for several of the days we were there and we weren’t able to have breakfast because they had a very long line and took up the available space. If they have large groups they ought to have separate areas for everyone to be able to enjoy ‘complimentary breakfast’! If you enjoy regular 1/2 and 1/2 with your coffee bring your own because they only have the sweet creamers. We saw a fresh water container in the lobby when we arrived and that was taken away and never replaced. The hallways are filthy as is the parking lot. The water pressure in the bathroom needs to be regulated. It’s very difficult to find this hotel (no lighting seen off the highway). If this was recently refurbished they ought to sue whoever did the work.

  Water pressure is where it gets a good scores for one night we arrived 11 p. musty smell in some common areas showed building age. older a/c in room not synced with wall thermostat.

  Hôtel bruyant, trop près du pont d'un pont routier. Bruit du aux véhicules roulant sur les joints de dilatation du pont. J’avais l’impression de dormir sous un pont. Le bruit incessant de la circulation, des pneus, des moteurs et des klaxons venant de l’extérieur de l’hôtel était insupportable. J’avais l’impression qu’on me roulait dessus.Aucune insonorisation, sol gras.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Garner Hotel by IHG. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming, and they made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The room was comfortable and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely recommend Garner Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay with great customer service. I would gladly stay here again!
