  Was very disappointed, first although it seems clean and bright in photos online the reality when you arrive is different. Its way more run down. Shower and sinks dont drain water, its so loud inside & outside, bathroom toiletries are bolted to the wall but the pumps dont work….We had to change rooms bc neither the phone worked nor the TV for 2 nights. The entire time the tv just kept saying No Signal from the crappy dish network cable. When i went to dial the front desk-the phone doesnt even work. So i called from my cell. First night the guy sent up maintenance who literally pretended to fix it. The 2nd night the guy said he would be up in 10 mins to fix it and never showed. I had to call again 40 mins later to find out he left his shift and didnt even tell anyone about us. Then the next guy basically said theres nothing he can do and to wait for maintenance in the morning. But we checked out the next day so that did nothing for us. He only gave us a new room when i mentioned manager & refund. It was so annoying to have to pay as much as we did for just 2 nights to not even be able to relax and watch some tv before bed or the news in the morning. And the bland attitude from the guy at the desk was the cherry on top. I personally wouldn’t recommend staying here for what they charge, This place should only be $60 per night tops.

  Do not stay at Room #509 if possible, avoid any room facing the highway. As an Elite member who stays close to 200 nights per year in hotels, I believe I provide fair and experienced reviews. Over the years, I have never written a negative review about an IHG property because, whenever an issue arose, IHG staff consistently handled it professionally and made things right. Unfortunately, this experience was very different. I arrived at my room and continued working until around 1:30 a.m. Once I removed my headphones and tried to sleep, I immediately noticed extremely loud highway noise, along with a broken and noisy bathroom fan. I packed my belongings, went to the front desk, explained the situation, and politely requested a room change. The receptionist responded by saying, “You just found out about the noise now? Why didn’t you come earlier? Maybe I could have changed your room.” His attitude made it seem as though he did not want to help resolve the issue. I became understandably frustrated and responded accordingly. After further discussion, I was eventually moved to a decent room. However, after decades of staying at IHG properties, this was the first time I have ever left truly dissatisfied with an IHG hotel experience. Very disappointing stay.

  What a surprise! Comfortable beds, clean rooms and plenty of parking. Renovations are visible and there’s still work to do but you won’t be disappointed.

  It's hard to find but definitely better than Good. We were extremely pleased. Clean rooms. Nicely renovated. Good breakfast. Other than trying to find the entrance, it was a very nice experience. Parking was a problem arriving very late at night if you're alone.
