  My family and I stayed last weekend for our reunion and in my opinion the staff was awesome. The wife and I stayed in room 438 and the light outside of our room glared on our bed all night and the curtains were not able to close so we had to sleep with pillows over our head. There was one gentleman in the dining room who was very attentive and so nice. Once we checked out on the 19th my card was charged an additional $202 and I’ve been calling but no one can explain why the charge is in my card. I’ve called several times and one staff member gave me an email to contact the manager since they wouldn’t answer the phone but the email was incorrect. I’ve called my bank and we’re waiting on it to stop pending so we can take action against the unauthorized charge. My room charge has gone through and incidentals were released so there should be no other charge.

  The breakfast service was excellent. Service by Robert was so great. He went out of his way to make sure everything I needed. It was available. He treats everyone like they’re the most important person in the world. I would definitely come here again if only for the breakfast service by Robert.

  Was told breakfast was included, then when we arrived to breakfast they told us we needed to pay extra if we wanted it I went to check to show our reservation was free but by the time we got our info from our room the breakfast was over. Room was nice. We only were staying to sleep and go to 6 flags in the am. Not worth the cost for a 6 hour sleep. Wish we had gone to the Hilton in town with free made to order breakfast.

  Such a stupid hotel, I am not happy with the service that I received. I booked a room for two people. I booked a standard room with two beds and when I got to the hotel, there was a room with one one tiny bed that could definitely not fit 2 adults. I tried to tell the customer service and they refuse to help and said that the hotel is sold out and did nothing to accommodate me. Even though I paid full price for that room, I did not receive it instead, I got something super small, and the customer service is incompetent. Awful awful,hotel do not go there.

  My family stayed at this location for 4 nights in June to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. On our last night there I found (caught 1 of 2 ) cockroaches. Brought it to the front desk and was offered another room. Nooooooo thank you . I slept in my car until the sun came up and headed home 6 hours away. I was told I would get a refund for my last night . 2 rooms . It’s July 9 th and still no refund . The manager that approved refund doesn’t work there anymore. New manager denied refund at first stating pest control came in and confirmed no pest. I asked for documentation stating such and Fady new manager approved refund .well again it’s July 9th and no refund . I left 90 percent of my belongings because I didn’t want to bring an unwelcome pest home More money lost. I also have not gotten my incidental fee refunded that is suppose to happen upon check out . I did not want to air out the dirty laundry on this hotel but something shady is going on . Probably why tht manger no longer works there .
