  I think this hotel would have Five Stars if they replace the Indian guy at the front desk… he doesn’t treat people fairly… he put me in a room all the way in the back of the third floor… wifi didn’t work in the room… when I asked for a different one he said no, then changed it to the first floor after a back n forth… promote the black guy our interactions are always pleasant

  This hotel is seriously outdated. I stay at several IHG properties throughout the country for both business and leisure. I travel quite a bit. This place…It’s very dingy!! And just an overall ick feeling. Check in was simple. My room 220 is old!! Bed is comfy, TV is big and newer but the AC makes a VERY loud thump when it turns on and shuts off. (I hope I’ll be able to sleep tonight). Quality of air is musty. Carpets are stained and nasty, (keep your socks on) curtains are broken and also stained. Kinda don’t want to touch anything bc I just get a germy feeling bc nothing on the property is being maintained well. I’m here on business..thank god it’s only night. No i didn’t complain to the front desk, because i don’t care to put energy into them and not asking for anything. I do not recommend

  5 stars for Nick at the front desk but ~4 stars for the hotel itself overall. I travel about 80% of the year so I stay at a lot of hotels and am aware that I tend to be a bit pickier about certain things, so take my feedback with a grain of salt if you’re more of a casual traveler. Great pool and infrared sauna, both seem well-maintained and were the main draw for me to book here. I was also looking forward to using my food and beverage rewards at the on-site restaurant but the restaurant isn’t actually affiliated with the hotel in any way. The listing in the app doesn’t make that clear at all which is a disappointment and I doubt I’m the only one who has made that mistake (and staff at other hotels treat it like it’s a dumb question when I call ahead now to confirm that their on-site restaurant does, in fact, allow room charges until I explain that there’s at least one property with an attached restaurant that doesn’t). …told ya I’m picky… Anyway the staff were all kind and responsive to any issues and my only other gripes are that my keys would constantly deactivate (despite one being stored in the my rfid shield wallet) and the hotel’s back/side door didn’t actually lock. The former is an annoyance and the latter a safety issue which could have also prevented the annoyance but I mentioned the lock to Nick as I was checking out and he assured me he’d expedite it to management. With the amount of time I spend in hotels, safety/security is my main priority so I hope they took that seriously. I decided to rebook a few weeks later, will update with any review changes

  Nick made what could have been a stressful and complicated situation—dealing with my hotel booking mistake—feel incredibly simple and effortless. I’m truly grateful for his kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care throughout the whole process. Even though I showed up in my pajamas, with my hair completely messy, he still treated me with the utmost care and made me feel comfortable and looked after. His patience and thoughtfulness turned an otherwise frustrating experience into something I’ll remember with gratitude. Thank you, Nick, for making a difficult situation feel so much easier.

  I didn't even bother to take pictures of the actual hotel because I was so unimpressed. It had an overall dingy look to it, and needs remodeled asap! Even the pillows are flat smh. The carpet in the rooms, AND the hallways are disgusting! We held our banquet here, and the service from the staff was great, but the food provided was mediocre. It seemed as though they were trying to hold out. The front desk gentleman were cool, and the free cookies were delightful, although the actual hotel experience was a little poor. The rooms are very tight, and I didn't appreciate the layout. Everything was extremely dusty, and there was pubic hair, and dried piss underneath the seat, and behind the toilet. Unacceptable. The toilet leaked every time I flushed it, causing a pool of water to accumulate on the floor. I would've never booked here had I known better. I only did because my family reunion committee chose it. It reminded me of a huge Motel 6. It seems like they're trying to be fancier than they actually are, without taking all the necessary steps to be fancy. The shower water was nice, and hot, so that was a plus, but a lot of the outlets didn't even work. Room service was polite, and they do have a pool, sauna, and exercise room that I didn't visit. However, NEVER again!
