    The hotel itself was excellent. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and overall our team had a very positive experience during our stay. However, I am giving only one star because of a serious issue with the security deposit. We stayed at the hotel twice. The first time, a deposit of $750 was charged, and it was eventually returned. The second time, a deposit of $950 was charged, but so far I have only received $39.96 back. The remaining amount has not been returned, and no explanation has been provided. We checked out on June 3, and we were told that the deposit would be refunded within 5 business days. Today it has been more than two weeks, and we still have not received the remaining balance. For visitors from Kazakhstan, $950 is a very significant amount of money — approximately two months of my salary. I would gladly give this hotel a much higher rating because our stay was enjoyable, but withholding such a large deposit without any clear communication is unacceptable. I hope management will investigate this issue and provide an explanation as soon as possible.

    Very bad service and extremely disappointing experience. Nicole left me a voicemail asking me to update my card information while I was on a flight and unable to answer. By the time I landed, checked the voicemail, and called back, I was told my booking had already been cancelled. What’s even more concerning is the discrepancy in their records. I was told Nicole contacted me on May 24th, but the voicemail on my phone clearly shows it was left on May 25th. My phone’s voicemail timestamp is factual, so how can your records reflect a different date? Cancelling a booking without giving a fair opportunity to respond—especially when your own timeline appears inconsistent—is unacceptable. Very poor customer service, lack of communication, and a frustrating experience overall. I expect this matter to be properly reviewed.

Please explain why your records state May 24th when the voicemail clearly shows May 25th. This cancellation is unfair and unacceptable, and I need this matter reviewed immediately.
