- ACAlexandra Cuervo2 days ago4.0Our one night stay was pretty smooth. The place was clean and fairly well-kempt if a little outdated. The room was comfortable and everything we used worked well like the a/c, wi-fi, cable tv and the bed was comfy.

This is not acceptable from a privacy law perspective. Second, the bathroom had stains on the walls, as if they did work on it and it was poorly done and not properly finished. Certainly not worth the money. Maybe other rooms are better but the one provided was not worth $200+ for the night.

Good views of NYC from the top floor restaurant, and the food and service was very good too. Price was decent.

I have called several times for my deposit to be returned and got different story every time and I still don't have my deposit back. I'm gonna call the better business bureau. This hotel are thieves. I especially want to highlight the night receptionist; he was incredibly gentle, professional, and made the check-in process seamless. However, the experience changed the next morning. The morning receptionist, Maria, was unfortunately quite rude and displayed a poor attitude. It was a sharp contrast to the service I received earlier, and she could definitely improve her people skills to help make the overall guest experience more delightful. Great property and night staff, but the morning service needs work.
