- JPjamael pullins3 days ago1.0Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel. I stayed here recently, and it has been 15 days and I still have not received my $100 security deposit back. I have called multiple times, but nobody gives me a straight answer. The front desk keeps transferring me from one person to another, and I was even left on the phone for almost an hour. I’m not even worried about the $100 itself. My question is simple: why are you holding my money for 15 days, and why can’t anyone give me an explanation? The rooms are terrible for the price. You charge a $100 deposit for a room that is already overpriced and then make guests wait weeks to get their own money back. I have stayed at Super 8, and honestly, Super 8 is better than this place. The rooms are bad, the prices are too high, and the customer service is absolutely terrible. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else. And if you do stay here, be very careful about the security deposit and make sure you understand exactly when you will get your money back.

My stay was very relaxing and the staff was great. One Employee that got my Attention and made my stay more Comfortable was Danny. Very Professional and great Personality. Big Shout out to Danny. Will return to this hotel again.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-kept, and it was a great place to unwind after a busy day. Staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of, and that really made a difference. I’d absolutely recommend staying here and would happily come back again. A wonderful experience from start to finish!

Pool was very clean and check in was very quick. The hotel staff is excellent and care about there guest. Room was very clean and Maintained. I will be returning to this property again. Danny was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. He clearly takes great pride in his work and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is clean, safe, and running smoothly. The pool area was exceptionally well maintained, and Danny’s dedication and positive attitude really stood out. He was always helpful, approachable, and genuinely cared about making guests feel comfortable and welcome. A very wonderful personality Danny has. Danny is a wonderful one of a kind person and his hard work deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Danny, for making our stay even more enjoyable. I would be happy to return and highly recommend this hotel!
