Stayed here end of September 2026. THEY HAVE BED BUGS! I woke to bites all over my legs and saw one in the bed the next morning. Management said they sent me reports that they did not send. I'm an IHG member and just found out that each hotel is independent and corporate can't do anything. I asked for them to pay for all the treatment needed for my luggage, clothes and home as I do not know if any hitched a ride. I'm leaving IHG over this incident and management has not returned my call two days after I made my complaint. DO NOT go here.

This was such an excellent experience! First and foremost, Andre who was manning the front desk took only moments to check us in, was so informative, kind and helpful!! He made such a wonderful impression as soon as we walked in. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean, the bed was super comfortable and everything worked as it should. Andre made a recommendation for dinner next door and it was excellent! I wish we could have stayed longer. Every staff member was helpful and kind. Breakfast the next morning was great and the area to eat in was lovely and comfortable. We stayed after the NY Renaissance Faire and it was the perfect place to rest after a long day. Close enough to the faire, but far enough away from the crowds :) My only note is the WiFi was a little lacking, but this barely had an impact on anything except the small bit of work I had to do in the morning. Otherwise, wonderful experience !

We were very happy with our stay here for just a few reasons. 1) The staff are super friendly and accommodating. 2) Better breakfast than most Holiday Inn Express hotels. The coffee is excellent. They have organic milk at breakfast, juices, oranges and good muffins, Oikos yogurts, good bacon but eggs fairly tasteless. 3) A table with tons of bottled waters and bananas free for the taking 24/7. Also a great selection of teas and coffee 24/7. One of their suppliers sent inside out gripper sleeves for the coffee cups. Obviously don't grip. I had one from our last hotel that is correctly constructed to show the difference. But the cups have the grippy surface anyways so they don't need to purchase these reject gripper sleeves! Very reasonable price for a super comfy king bed with plenty of luxurious pillows. They need an extra blanket in the closet or a drawer.

I've been staying at this property many years for business. I can almost guarantee that you cannot find a better hotel for the price. My rooms are always clean and perfect when I arrive. Finally, Hina is the absolute best. She always greets you with a smile and remembers things about you if you're a regular traveler. Highly recommend this property for your next stay either business or personal.
