- CACaroline AnnAug 26, 20262.0The room was so busted. The rug was disgusting, could feel the grime on your feet. There was an old piece of gum stuck to the rug. My baby was able to pull the AC out of the wall. The bathroom caulking was a mess. The only good thing I can say is that the rooms are facing the back or sides of the hotel which helps with the road noise since it’s right off the main road. And the breakfast was fine. Though no fresh fruit or even fruit cocktail.

When i explained what happened they offered 0 refund. I was certainly not expecting all of it but even just a little would have made a difference. I wont reccomend best westerns again.
