  First of all, they told me that there was a jacuzzi that fits two people, that's not so accurate, the jacuzzi is too small for two, maybe it fits a person and a half barely, but my main problem was that they gave me a room with an air conditioner that I couldn't adjust, because the buttons didn't work, so I called the clerk and he pressed the buttons without it changing anything and he just told me to wait 10 minutes and the room would cool down, which didn't happen, and the room stayed hot. So next time, be sensitive, and move us to a room where you can adjust the air conditioner on a hot night, and don't tell the customer to wait until the room cools down, but come and check if it worked.

  We picked this place because 1) the price was reasonable. 2) It was closed to the funeral home that we attended. 3) It says "restaurant & bar" Well the restaurant/bar were closed for renovations. There were no elevators for the handicap! Very disappointed!!! Other than that the room was clean and have towels. Ideal for short stay only.

  Loved the room, very clean and taken care of. The staff wasn't so welcoming and willing to assist. Also be aware that they have no elevator, so if you get a room on the second floor, you'll have to carry your luggage up through the stairs.

  Do not stay here. They have a serious bed bug infestation. I tried to discretely point out the evidence I found in the first room. They manager took pictures and moved me to another room. In the second room, a large bed bug crawled across my sheets. I captured it an brought it to the front desk. They did not seem surprised. Obviously I cleared out and was not able to attend the event because I couldn't stay there. When I asked for a refund, they denied having bed bugs, despite my bringing the specimen I captured to them in person. Then they tried to make me go through expedia to get the refund intead of taking care of it themselves.

  i would give negative stars if possible. to start, when we arrived there was a “be back in 5” message at the front desk. 30 mins later someone showed up to check us in. later we found a bed bug & when we told the front desk he came to look himself before giving us a new room first as if he didn’t believe us. after searching the room himself, he said the beds looked slept in & that he didn’t find any. almost like we had checked into the room hours before & sat on the beds & flushed the bed bug we found. i also tossed through the beds to check for other bed bugs. why it mattered that the beds looked slept in is beyond me. he also asked if we had used the bathroom towels. this was giving the impression of trying to fight giving us a new room or he’s about to make up the room for the next guests without cleaning it. so instead of giving us a new room right away, he started MAKING THE BEDS!!! AFTER BED BUGS WERE IN THEM!!! we said surely you are not making these beds to put new guests in here without cleaning the room. he claimed he had to make the room nice for the manager to check. that gave me a good chuckle. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! by the time we got a new room, we already had booked another place to stay because who knows what unwashed & bug infested bed the new room held. not cleaning the room for the next guests was crazy as is but to do so right in front of us is something i will be thinking about for the next month. health department is being called. save yourself.
