The rooms and bathroom are quite clean. However, there is no restroom in the lobby, which I suppose discourages non-hotel guests, which is understandable. I travel with my family it is safe and comfortable.
The hotel staff are professional and able to accommodate guest requests even at midnight. Our original flights from La Gawadia were cancelled, so we changed our travel plans to fly from Philadelphia Airport. This hotel seems to offer the right balance: a one-hour drive to the airport hotel is in a safe location with clean and comfortable rooms to stay the night.

First time staying at the Princeton Holiday Inn, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Mold on several walls, broken glass closet door, broken bathroom handle, dirty walls, tiles on the pool were literally falling off, going down the stairs holes with wires sticking out of them, pieces of ceiling falling down in both, key card had to be replaced each time we went to the room, lobby was dirty with no AC, breakfast was in edible only provided coffee children had nothing else to drink, and the worst part is the attitude of the women at the front desk. Extremely rude, condescending, charged me for breakfast that I did not go to, hung up on me twice, and both of the chairs were broken in each room, my niece fell off of one. Worst place to stay it’s not worth it, you’re much better off staying at the Holiday Inn in East Windsor, New Jersey, which is top-notch

Do not stay here if you expect basic amenities like towels. We had four guests in our room and were only given two towels. We had to ask multiple times — by calling the front desk, going to the front desk in person, and asking housekeeping — still could not get enough towels for everyone. There were also no towels available at the pool. They also had no bedding or pillows for the pull out bed.
On top of that, the breakfast was very limited and overpriced. Overall, it was frustrating to have to keep asking for basic things that should have been available.

I am posting to share a concern about bed bugs. I cannot prove anything but consumers should be aware.
I recently discovered bed bugs in my bedroom. My last excursion was to this hotel a couple of weeks ago. When I got to my room it smelled funny but I figured it was bc someone smoked there previously and they were trying to eradicate that. I didn’t say anything about the smell bc I was only there a couple of nights and the hotel was full.
Now I’m wondering if that was actually the scent of an attempt they had made to eradicate bed bugs in the room. I was in room 150.
Again, I can only share what I know:
- last trip was to this hotel.
- room smelled funny.
- I have bed bugs in my primary bedroom.
Do with that info what you will.
