  disappointed; ihg member for years, scores of nights stayed, i got my dates wrong on a reservation, showed up a day late, so they cancelled and charged me almost $100, would not consider refunding as a courtesy, terrible way to treat loyal members, charging for not staying at their hotel, makes holiday inn and ihg look bad. i rarely post negative reviews but wanted to let others know, doesn't matter if you're a member, this location is only about money. - mike

  It’s very close to Princeton university and good eateries. Main attraction is price. It’s a low priced holiday inn. Now some feedback for Hotel. Change air conditioners in the rooms, they are extremely noisy. I saw replacement starting in some rooms. TVs are obsolete now and too small. Other Holoday inns in US have mostly atleast 55” smart TVs. Breakfast is poor and not of typical holiday inn standard. Scrambled eggs they serve are pathetic. No waffles or pancakes in the menu. Staff in restaurant needs to learn some etiquettes. Gym equipment esp elliptical needs bearing replacement. Swimming pool is not temperature controlled and needs regular maintenance. We stayed for six nights, we weren’t saud a hello by reception staff even once.

  Well I had high hopes for this stay since I was last here 10 years ago. This place could use some much needed renovation. But for the price it wasn't to day and close to where I needed to go. Pool hours are weird closing at 7 pm but the restaurant inside was clutch since there isn't much around.

  My daughter and I stayed here to celebrate her 4th birthday, and we had an amazing experience from start to finish! The hotel was clean, the staff was welcoming, and the atmosphere made us feel right at home. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with plenty of options, and the scenery around the hotel was beautiful. My daughter especially loved the pool—it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip! We made so many wonderful memories during our stay, and everything exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a family-friendly place to stay in Princeton, I highly recommend the Holiday Inn. We’ll definitely be booking here again. Thank you for helping make my daughter’s birthday so special!

  极其糟糕的住宿体验，管理混乱，服务毫无责任心，强烈不推荐！ 这是我住过最离谱、最令人愤怒的酒店之一。 我本来已经预订并支付了连续两个晚上的住宿。住完第一晚后，第二天早上前台突然通知我必须退房。我明确告诉前台，我已经续住了第二晚，而且我现在就住在这个房间里，完全没有必要搬走。 但是前台仍然坚持说酒店目前“没有房间”，要求我把所有东西全部搬出去。 我带了很多行李，却被迫重新收拾所有物品，自己把一大堆行李搬到楼下，堆放在酒店大厅。这不仅浪费了我大量时间和精力，也彻底打乱了我当天的安排。 最荒唐的事情发生在晚上。 当我回到酒店时，他们突然又告诉我“有房间了”，而且最后安排给我的看起来还是原来的那个旧房间。更令人无法接受的是，这个房间竟然完全没有打扫！ 床铺没有重新整理，卫生间没有清洁，房间也没有任何经过客房服务的迹象。 所以我想问：既然最后还是让我住这个房间，早上为什么一定要逼我把所有行李搬出去？ 如果酒店只是系统操作需要我先退房再入住，至少也应该把房间彻底打扫干净。结果他们既让我搬走所有行李，又没有清洁房间，最后还让我重新住回去。这种操作完全没有任何逻辑，只是在故意折腾客人。 从头到尾，前台都没有给出一个合理的解释，也没有对造成的不便表示任何歉意或关心。前台、预订系统和客房清洁部门之间显然严重缺乏沟通，整个酒店的管理极其混乱。 这不是普通的小失误，而是彻底失败的酒店管理和极其糟糕的客户服务。 作为一名已经支付了两晚住宿费用的客人，我却被毫无必要地赶出房间，被迫搬运大量行李，最后又住回一个根本没有打扫的旧房间。 这种服务完全无法接受。 我不会再次入住这家酒店，也强烈建议其他旅客谨慎选择。除非你愿意浪费自己的时间和体力，忍受混乱的管理和毫无责任心的服务，否则请远离这家酒店。 Absolutely terrible experience — chaotic management, unacceptable service, and a complete lack of responsibility. Avoid this hotel. This was easily one of the most ridiculous and frustrating hotel experiences I have ever had. I had already booked and paid for two consecutive nights. After completing my first night, a front desk employee suddenly told me the next morning that I had to check out. I clearly explained that I had another night booked and that I was already staying in the room. There was absolutely no practical reason for me to remove my belongings. However, the front desk continued to insist that the hotel had “no room available” and forced me to pack everything and leave the room. I had a large amount of luggage, but I was still required to repack all of my belongings, carry everything downstairs, and leave it sitting in the hotel lobby. This wasted a huge amount of my time and energy and completely disrupted my day. The most unbelievable part happened when I returned that evening. Suddenly, the hotel claimed that a room was available again. I was placed in what appeared to be the same old room—and the room had not even been cleaned. The bed had not been properly refreshed, the bathroom had not been cleaned, and there was no evidence that housekeeping had serviced the room at all. So what was the point of forcing me to check out and move all of my luggage downstairs? If I was ultimately going to stay in the same room, I should have been allowed to leave my belongings there. If the hotel required a formal checkout and check-in because of its reservation system, then the absolute minimum expectation was that the room would be properly cleaned before I returned. Instead, the hotel forced me to move everything, failed to clean the room, and then placed me back into it. The entire process made absolutely no sense and created a completely unnecessary burden for a paying guest. Throughout the situation, the front desk provided no reasonable explanation, showed no concern for the inconvenience, and offered no meaningful apology. The communication between the front desk, reservation system, and housekeeping was clearly dysfunctional. This was not a small mistake. It was a complete failure of hotel management and customer service. I paid for two nights, yet I was unnecessarily forced out of my room, made to carry all of my luggage downstairs, and then returned to an old room that had not even been cleaned. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I strongly recommend that other travelers avoid it. Unless you are willing to waste your time and energy dealing with disorganized management and careless service, stay somewhere else.
