  I stayed for one night. While waiting in line to check in, I witnessed two guests running around in heels in the lobby chasing male employees. The situation was very uncomfortable and unprofessional, and even the manager appeared embarrassed and shocked by what was happening. The guests appeared to be sober. Breakfast was another disappointment. The area was overly crowded, guests were constantly bumping into each other, and the narrow seating arrangements made it difficult to sit and enjoy breakfast comfortably. Overall, the experience was not as pleasant as I had hoped.

  Jolie chambre, mais hyper bruyant du au trafic routier juste en bas (prévoyez des bouchons d’oreilles), la localisation est assez proche de New York et y a des navettes toutes les heures pour se rendre à timesquare. Petit déjeuner peu varier, tout le temps la même chose, et le dernier jour nous voulions laissez nos bagages car à notre arrivée ils nous avaient dit ok et le matin en arrivant ils nous ont dit : nous n’avons plus de place…. Obligé de se trimbaler la valise jusqu’a New York et payer pour un dépôt bagage à +20$….. j’aurais mis 4 étoiles si cette dernière journée c’était mieux déroulé.

  We had a wonderful stay at the Gardner Hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Peter at the front desk. He was so much more than a receptionist — he was truly our concierge! After spending time in New York, we decided to make a stop in New Jersey, and Peter was incredibly helpful in making the most of our visit. He gave us excellent recommendations, useful local tips, and great advice on what to see and do in the area. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help. His kindness and attention made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is lucky to have someone like him on the team. Thank you, Peter, for making us feel so welcome and for helping us discover New Jersey. Highly recommended!

  Chcesz tanio? Jest w miarę tanio. Chcesz dobrze? Jest w miarę dobrze. Z rzeczy, do których można się przyczepić to na pewno niewykwalifikowany personel, który nie potrafi rozwiązać banalnego problemu. Jeżeli chodzi o śniadania, jak na standard amerykański to są typowo amerykańskie (if you know what i mean) :) codziennie monotonna jajecznica z proszku, co drugi dzień na zmianę boczek w mikro kosteczce z jakimś dziwnym kotletem podpisanym jako kiełbasa turecka, którego jednak nie odważyłam się spróbować. Zero warzyw. Owsianka i płatki dostępne. Kawa, herbata również. Największym atutem jest autobus za 5$, który odjeżdża co godzinę spod samego hotelu do NY. Powrót jednak jest na stację oddaloną 10-15 min pieszo od hotelu. Jeśli miałabym wybrać ponownie, to TAK ze względu na cenę i autobus, NIE - monotonne śniadania.

  We get here they give us our key, we walk into our room and people are literally in there. They gave us someone else’s room. We go back down to the lobby we get a new room this time no one is in it, thank god. I go to take a shower the shower has been heating up for 45 minutes. It’s still not hot. Go down to the lobby again. Tell them the shower isn’t working. They then talk to me like I’m a child and not a grown adult and explain how a shower works. I also called to put a card a file they said they would take care of it, wrong. I had to call and confirm we still had a room because I did not get any confirmation email with the details of our stay.
