  This Best Western Premier was hands down the highlight of our entire trip! We stayed at other hotels in Manhattan during our visit, and honestly, they were such a letdown compared to the experience we had here. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were welcomed by Alex, who was absolutely fabulous. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about helping us make the most of our trip. The entire staff went out of their way to look out for our best interests and make sure we had everything we needed. One of the best tips they shared was the shuttle service into the city. For just $4 each way, it was an incredible value and saved us a fortune. Whatever you do, don’t spend $60–$80 on an Uber when this convenient and affordable option is available! The staff explained everything clearly and made transportation stress-free. We also want to recognize Karen in the breakfast area. She was so accommodating, incredibly kind, and always greeted us with a smile. She made every morning a pleasant start to our day, and we were truly grateful for her hospitality. The combination of exceptional customer service, helpful local knowledge, comfortable accommodations, and genuine kindness made this hotel stand out above every other place we stayed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

  Konum olarak çok iyi bir yerde olduğu söylenemez fakat otelin temizliği, konforlu ihtiyaçları karşılaması anlamında son derece makul idi. Kahvaltılıklar zayıf idi. Eğer işiniz karsida ise trafik ve gecis ucretini de hesaplamaniz lazim.

  Gives you the Ick October 2025 The only reason we stayed was for the proximity to the Lincoln Tunnel and the shuttle, which you book and pay for yourself .The overall impression was macabre.
