- TPThe Pace’s1 day ago1.0Had a room booked for two days, from May 19-21 unfortunately we had to cancel 10 hours before check in. We didn’t expect a full refund. We were trying for a date change or credit for later this year. Management refused to do anything at all. We even explained it was a medical emergency and could provide documentation. We have always booked rooms at Best Western from Canada and the US, we will have to rethink that going forward.

Super secure Garage parking built into the main hotel on the first few floors. Protected by gate and pass card not just a plastic toll bar. Same elevator will get you to your room. Wall outlets in garage to charge your car overnight. Lobby and rooms look newer and staff is friendly. Great to stay at if driving into NYC daily. 15 mins from manhattan. Our double queen was comfy and cool. Lots of space for bags and charging outlets for our fam of 4. Area with arm chair fridge, dry bar, and microwave. Rooms smell nice. No lingering smoke or musty air. My fam usually stays at doubletree or hiltons and we’d come here again if that means anything to you.
