  We liked the hotel overall, especially the cleanliness and the stylish design of the room. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. We stayed for two days, and on both days the housekeeping staff forgot to leave towels in our room. The Wi-Fi instructions in the room were incorrect, which the front desk staff later acknowledged. We spent about an hour trying to connect before asking the front desk, only to be given a different method that worked. This could have easily been avoided by providing the correct instructions from the beginning. There was also a broken shower curtain rod in the bathroom. We reported it to the front desk, but unfortunately, no one came to fix it during our stay. The hotel has a lot of potential, but better attention to these details and communication with guests would make the experience much better.

  This property is what a Holiday Inn Express should be. Clean quiet and comfortable. Good location, good rate. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The breakfast has a good amount of choices of what you would expect from the brand. This was my first time staying for leisure. I've stayed here on business several times and had the same experience.

  Our room carpet had a huge stain. Isn’t that why they have patch carpet now so a stain can easily be replaced? Breakfast is so artificial, not worth trying. Watery coffee. Sink drain very slow. Filthy windows. Slow elevator. Terrible WIFI, never full bars!

  We stayed for one night on our way to a different destination. The staff was fine. The room looked clean. BUT the entire floor reaked a cat piss smell (idk if it was ditch weed or actual cat piss) that seemed to be in the hall but also permeates the room. It was gag worthy and very strong, so my bet is on actual piss/ammonia. Also, stayed during a high heat high humidity day and the room AC did work, but was highly ineffective. Would not stay again or recomend.
