  Absolutely poor cleaning and maintenance. First room’s shower full of mould and red bacteria. Offered room upgrade. Same problem and then a 3rd room and it was the same. Stayed in 2nd room and dust all over the place not addressed. My socks walking around on carpet had tons of previous guests long hair getting stuck on them. Carpet not getting vacuumed obviously. Will not stay here again.

  We really enjoyed our stay at Staybridge Suites Philadelphia Mt. Laurel. The location was very convenient and made it easy to get around. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and everything felt well maintained. We also appreciated that the facilities and interior were modern and recently renovated, which made our stay even more comfortable. The only suggestion I have is to offer a wider variety of breakfast options. The current breakfast is good, but having more choices would make the experience even better for guests staying multiple days.

  (July 2026) Ideally 4.5 but I’ll give a 5 to raise the average. Location off of 295 and NJT makes this location ideal for getting around. Had a King bed studio, with sofa bed, kitchen. Bathroom had shower no tub which was fine with us. Clean and kept clean. M-W has social hour. Breakfast included has the basics (sausage links and patties are decent, bacon was weird). Hotel undergoing renovations, should be complete by September. Renovated areas look nice with fresh paint and I think carpet. Only 1 elevator but didn’t seem to be an issue for us for 4 days. Laundry included. 3 sets of working machines in decent condition. Has pool and basketball court. Plan to stay here again!

  Great location for taking children to Sahara Sam's and Diggerland. Pool area was inviting and great temp. Basketball court was a great option for us as well. Breakfast had decent variety and options, replenished quickly by staff who were very helpful and attentive. Appreciated size of room and availability of a full kitchen area. Jordan B. at front desk was especially helpful and provided excellent, exceptional customer service. Little bonus feature was the evening light meal and sodas provided free of cost M-W. Would 100% stay again!

  Overall pretty good place, rooms are very clean and nice, there's a fenced courtyard-like area outside to sit or play lawn games. Not many things are withing walking distance.
