  Your morning girl Claudia !!!! What a Gemmm! Everything so clean and served with a smile such a pleasure!!! Sam receptionist excellent! Made sure we knew where the snacks and coffee ! Holiday Inn Express in Mount Arlington a pleasure will visit again. P.S. here for my sister wedding ! Thank You 😊😊👉♥️

  I stayed there one night. The concierge was dismissive at best. He was mostly talking to the other two concierge’s. When my keycard did not work, I went downstairs to ask the concierge for help, he explained I was doing it wrong and explained how, I did what he said and did not work. Went back down again and explained it did not work so then he came up to the room with an attitude. One card did not work and opened the door. The toilet was clogged without putting even a strand of toilet paper in. And when calling the front desk the same concierge handed us a plunger ordering we clean it up rather than him. I refused. We then called corporate representative the concierge was rude to the representative and when we called the general manager he was also rude stating it’s our fault the toilet is clogged. Do not go your only allowing them to be rude.

  Linen was NOT clean upon arrival. Attendant started cleaning room about 10:15 before quest was checked out.

  I truly enjoyed my experience in this hotel accept for the following: My bathroom had a sewer smell coming up from the floor drain. I requested that it be checked out. The housekeeping lady agreed, but nothing was done! I feel that some of the front desk people were very supportive and some just gave lip service! My room was not cleaned well! Unfortunately, the lady did not speak English so she did not understand my requests for items. However, she was very nice!😊 the second day my room was not cleaned at all! I asked the late night/early morning gentleman and he said I needed to request if I wanted it cleaned. I felt that was confusing as that was not the case the day before??? All in all it was a great location for the wedding I was attending ‼️‼️

  The rooms are really clean and spacious, great air conditioning and a keurig coffemaker (really good to have and a real bonus point, since many hotel chains don't make the effor to put a decent coffe machines. I swear I stopped going to marriot for the awful coffe machines in the room). They have free breakfast and in the lobby you can always find tea and a machine that grounds the coffee beans and make coffe on the spot, and the coffe is from a sustainable source (loved that coffee machines so much, every hotel should have them). The holiday inn chain has been a really surprising discovery as of late, pretty good and focused on what makes the costumers comfortable, its that simple.
