  We had a great stay at this Holiday Inn, and the outstanding customer service made it even more memorable! After checking out, we accidentally left some very important medication in the mini refrigerator in our hotel room. We were so relieved when we contacted the front desk and learned that the housekeeping manager, Nida, had found it and safely set it aside for us. When we returned the next day, we were able to retrieve everything without any issues. A special thank you to Nida for her integrity, care, and professionalism, and to Sachi for the excellent customer service in helping us recover our belongings. It's employees like Nida and Sachi who truly make a difference and turned a great hotel stay into an exceptional one. Thank you both for going above and beyond! Their kindness and integrity turned a very stressful situation into a positive experience. We are truly grateful and highly recommend this Holiday Inn. Very clean room, great location and great breakfast! Thank you for going above and beyond, we'll definitely stay here again!

  We arrived after 1400 km road trip and family of five. I am IHG member for over 10 years. I was provided room with non functioning clogged toilet. We reported to the front desk and all they did was apologize. All 5 members had to walk across the dining area to use toilet. In what way is this acceptable. We were only offered 50 percent off for the night. This is absolutely unacceptable. I tried to reach the manager repeatedly or have his contact which were not provided. Shouldn't the manager atleast have the courtesy to call and explain.

  I want say a huge thank you to SAM at almost 11pm check in. You where so helpful and kind in assisting us with 4 children in tow. The room was perfect clean comfortable and happily surprised at how large it was.

  Kudos to the design team ! The room had everything I wanted, exactly where I needed it! Thank you Shower had shelf in perfect spot for my toiletries! Bathroom spacious! Sitting area was comfy! There was a low shelf where I placed my small suitcase ! Perfect location and height! Bed was comfortable! Refrigerator and coffee machine in room! Breakfast included with the reservation! Wedding room block for guests attending our son's wedding! Big shout out to Sachi who checked us in and got my mother in law's room right next to ours! Thank you!

  Clean, nice breakfast included, good A/C, comfy mattress. Room had refrigerator and microwave. Would stay here again. No restaurant on site, but Cracker Barrel and Dunkin Donuts are in the same strip mall. No pool, but we didn't need one.
