- EBEllie BoyleAug 15, 20263.0We stayed here unexpectedly/last minute when the island flooded, and we were unable to get to our accommodations on the island. The prices here are criminal, but I guess that’s expected when you’re near the beach. However $400/night for a Holiday Inn is a little steep in my opinion and they wouldn’t even honor the lower rates we found online (Priceline). The lobby and the amenities were nice, but the rooms were old and showing signs of wear (see pictures: wall peeling off around the toilet, water stains on the ceiling in the bathroom, and dirty carpet that was lifting off the baseboard). I will note the front desk staff were friendly and helpful!

- CSChristine SisakovicAug 7, 20261.0My husband and my son checked into the hotel and he had a lower price online and Alycia Ellis , the manager, said she will honor the online price which was $130 less then what the hotel quoted for just 1 night. She even gave my husband her business card if there were any problems but assured my husband that she will honor the lower price . Well, the following morning, upon checking out she wasn’t there and they charged him a higher amount. Very unfortunate and unacceptable that she lied and didn’t update the lower quote she promised. We will never come back to this hotel it recommend it to anyone.
- LRLisa RothAug 3, 20262.0The issue here are the dirty and over used rooms. By far the most expensive holiday inn I’ve booked and by far the least clean. Stayed in room 319. The carpets were brown with dirt and the carpets were coming off the floors. The restroom smelled like a public toilet, the bed smelled bad, the chair in the room was stained. They seriously need to update the rooms in this hotel.
