Manque d'oxygène dans la chambre parce qu'on ne peut pas ouvrir la fenêtre pour aérer.
- ESElsedig Salih6 days ago1.0Horrible Management and Unfulfilled Promises Left Sleeping on the Floor! I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I called in advance to inform them of a late arrival and specifically requested a room with a sofa bed. I spoke directly with the Hotel Manager, who assured me everything was noted and confirmed. Upon arrival, there was no sofa bed in the room. I let the first night pass, assuming it would be handled promptly. The next morning, I spoke with the front desk staff, who told me the manager would handle it later. I left for the day, expecting a resolution upon my return. To my absolute frustration, nothing was done. When I returned in the evening, they simply claimed the hotel was full and casually told me to "wait until tomorrow"—even though I only had one night left! I remained calm and polite throughout every interaction, yet the staff and management showed zero accountability, zero effort to solve the problem, and a complete disregard for guest comfort. Because of their continuous failure and empty promises, I ended up having to sleep on the floor. Extremely unprofessional management that ignores direct requests and leaves guests stranded. I strongly advise everyone to avoid staying here.
