  The thing that really grinds my gears about this hotel is that yall installed thermostats in the rooms “ To make customers have a more comfortable stay” when all it did was cut “your” power costs it did not improve anything for the customer. You work in the sun all day and come back to your room and it’s 71° When the thermostat is set on 66° I’ve learned that these thermostats Have a occupant detector so if you’re not moving around in the room like if you’re sleeping at night or you’re gone most of the day and come back to a hot room because your AC won’t kick on it’s absolutely ridiculous. I spend almost $4000 a month here and I can’t get a good nights sleep because my room is too hot. Please fix this!

  The Holiday Inn Express in Linden, New Jersey, is exceptional and deserves five stars across the board. My team and I stay here frequently, and every visit has been a great experience. The location is convenient, the property is well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable.What truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding management and staff. They consistently go above and beyond to take care of their guests, always providing friendly, professional, and attentive service. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction.I highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express to anyone traveling to the area. We look forward to staying here again and again.

  Relatively new so very clean. Free breakfast is very good. Rooms are spartan but comfortable.

  The hotel itself is generally good, but I am very disappointed with the customer service. Due to an error on my invoice, I contacted the hotel twice by email simply asking for a correction to the billing details. I received absolutely no response. I find it very disappointing and disrespectful to completely ignore a customer’s requests, especially as an IHG member who regularly stays at IHG hotels. A simple reply and correction would have been enough. Unfortunately, the complete lack of communication has negatively affected my overall experience.

  Never stayed here in the rooms, I often use the lobby to come in and work right before using the LA fitness in the same center. The lobby is nice and quiet and comfortable where I can get in some work before my workout. One night I’ll book a room. I’d recommend. Also some good food spots around.
