Quiet, I didn't hear anything during my stay and the staff was great! Easy check in and check out process, located to a ton of great shopping and restaurant options

Forgive me if I spelled her name incorrectly but I’m sure you know who she is. She was absolutely phenomenal on showing hospitality and thinking on her feet when my Ife is so busy right now I’m not always thinking my best. The way she handled things for me was much appreciated. I don’t want to overlook Samantha either she was a doll and gracious. I had a nice stay too. The rooms were comfortable with the complimentary breakfast downstairs. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you 🙏🏽
- OSOzjohn SahinApr 11, 20261.0I have stayed many times in various 3-star hotels across the United States, and all of them usually provide one or two complimentary bottles of water in the rooms. At this hotel, I arrived late at night and couldn’t buy water because the stores were closed. When I asked if we could have a bottle of water for the room since my son was thirsty, they said they couldn’t provide one and told me to buy it from the minibar—for $5 per bottle. When I mentioned that most 3-star hotels usually offer complimentary water and asked if they could do the same, a male staff member at the front desk responded very harshly, saying they don’t provide it. Meanwhile, a female staff member raised her voice and told me, “Then go stay somewhere else.” This is the first time in my life I have encountered such rude and disrespectful staff. I am very disappointed. I will never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.
