The rooms are stocked with everything that you need for a long stay, toiletries, dish appliances, body soap, shampoo, hair conditioner (all dove products) refrigerator, stove/oven for cooking. The room is nicely decorated and the beds are very very comfortable. Service here is also great! They always look for ways to help their guests during their stay.

- RTRenee ThorwardMar 25, 20261.0I was extremely disappointed with the lack of customer care at this hotel. I had a 2 night reservation while I was just one month postpartum. Two days before my stay, my husband came down with the flu and was extremely sick- leaving me unable to safely travel alone with a newborn. I reached out immediately to let the hotel know, and request a cancellation under these circumstances. Both the third-party booking site and IHG Hotels & Resorts were understanding—IHG even attempted to help, but ultimately explained that the hotel itself had full control over granting the exception. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to offer any flexibility whatsoever. I wasn’t even fully expecting a full refund, I would have been satisfied with a credit for a future stay, as I visit the area frequently. Instead, I was left out a couple hundred dollars for nothing. Situations like this are where customer service truly matters, and this experience showed a complete lack of empathy and consideration. Based on this, I would not choose to stay here in the future.
