  I am pretty picky with hotels to stay. I was stressed to book so i asked to see the room and the front office was so adorable. This hotel is clean, looks new and the things provided in the room is exceptional [dove] . This hotel is 22 minutes to the heart of new york city. I highly recommend this hotel.

  I always stay at Holiday Inn hotels when I travel for business, personal and sport events as I know what to expect which generally it’s quite good, clean, fun and professional until my experience with this particular hotel. The hotel & Priceline advertise as it's in Jersey City & Hoboken. The hotel location is 23 - 30 minutes away from both neighborhoods depending on traffic and unlike the published reviews, it’s not even close to anywhere. Now that I am actually here, I see that it’s an industrial area where I will not walk around with my child. Also, the hotel advertises that it's a pet-free hotel. I am allergic to pets. However, the beddings (on/between sheets, in/outside pillowcase, comforter, etc.) had animal fur, not to mention small blood stains on the comforter case. I booked this hotel through Priceline. Between it being in the sketchy neighborhood and uncleanliness, I’m extremely disappointed at this hotel and Priceline for its credibility.

  We took a short weekend trip to Jersey for our nephews wedding and we stayed here for 2 nights. We had a pleasantly surprising good experience. Checking in was a breeze. The overall hotel was very clean. Our room was on the 7th floor which was the top floor. Bed clean, bathroom clean, the entire room was clean. The bed was very comfortable which I was very surprised by that. The hot breakfast was very tasty! Like most hotels they had a variety of food to choose from. What surprised me the most was instead of having a waffle maker, they had a pancake maker. This was the first time seeing this. It was very interesting. We didn't have any problems during our stay. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. We definitely will stay again if we ever come back this way.

  very good place to stay. good variety of food for breakfast and pretty cheap. i loved the cinamin rolls. the boy at the front desk is very sweet and respectful, he helped us with everything we needed. so is the house keeping. i would definitely come again. the room was clean and the shower was hot.

  Holiday Inn visit was okay overall, but definitely don’t let the online photos fool you. The hotel is located in a pretty rough area and didn’t feel very welcoming. After an exhausting day of work, it was frustrating finding out you can’t really DoorDash directly to your room without issues. Also seemed like very young and inexperienced employees were running the front desk. Not the worst stay, but definitely more of a last resort hotel than a first choice.
