  Great Vacation Stay – Exceptional Service by Leo!We had a wonderful vacation at the Holiday Inn Holland Tunnel! The location is perfect for sightseeing—just a 12-minute walk to the PATH train for easy access into NYC and Hudson River with views of New York City. The rooms are clean, gym available, and free breakfast was also a great, convenient bonus.What truly made our trip standout was Leo at front desk. He went above and beyond from the start, holding our bags upon arrival and even helping us find our lost cell phone later in the trip! Leo is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, kind, and an absolute asset to this hotel. We will definitely stay here again! Also, Roxanne at front desk is a friendly and helpfiul professional.

  The location is a bit tricky as it’s a 15-minute walk from the PATH station, but it's manageable. My biggest disappointment was the parking fee—$60 per day felt unreasonable for a location outside of Manhattan. Also, the laundry room was very cramped with only one machine, which was quite inconvenient. On the positive side, the staff was wonderful and provided excellent service. I especially loved that the room was cleaned and organized perfectly every day.

  Absolutely loved my stay here! Fatou was so kind, helpful and gracious. She deserves a bonus and a raise! We came in town for a quick 24 hr trip and this stay made all the other headaches much worth it. And the views from the 5th floor were an added plus. Thanks so much for having us!

  This place is an absolute no. They went into my room with a PRIVACY SIGN on the door to complain about my service dog that was not making any noise they just wanted to be nosy to see if he was in there . No only that they called me and said they were going to call the cops and send him to the pound, because he was not supposed to be left attended even though they didn’t have me sign anything that acknowledged that on top of all of this locked me out of my hotel room even though I paid for my hotel. 0/10 I will be filling a complaint and requesting a refund

  I had a unbelievably great experience of a stay with this hotel. For one , the staff was so helpful and attentive and the cleanliness was the best I’ve seen and experienced. I find myself most times worrying about the cleanliness and upkeep of my stay , but they made it so effortlessly comfortable and I didn’t have to worry a single thing. The attention to little details and maintained upkeep heavily stood out to me , especially more so because I have two younger ones with sensitive allergies and one of the first things I noticed was the perfect cleanliness with the floors which were shining clean and the area being free of dust. As a mom traveling with her children this was a big factor for me. Thank you for an amazing experience.
