The room had a small fridge, coffee maker, microwave & storage for groceries. The bed was comfortable & room service did a wonderful job freshening up towls & what have you.

The check in frontbdesk was friendly and professional as well. I had a room reserved and paid for prior to showing up. Check in was fast. Breakfast for all, 630am-930am everyday. Gym, pool, sitting area. Nice hotel.

Room 212 has a heating unit that sounds like a lawn mower, has a window that is covered by the front entrance awning, and is located next to the ice maker. I don’t seek out special treatment as a club member but as they made a point to thank me at check-in for being a member of their club, why then give me an awful room? The response when I alerted them about the noisy unit: “I’ll tell maintenance.” *Sigh* IHG: train your front desk in basic hospitality. She seemed like a nice woman. The one star for service goes to the cleaning staff member who gave me fresh towels.
