  Español: La habitación estaba sucia, la caja fuerte no servía. El servicio de Hosekeeping nos ponía las toallas usadas, solo las doblaban. Tuvimos que ir a la recepción a volver a cargar las llaves más de una vez, porque no las dejaban bien ajustadas. La piscina no es climatizada, y en general las habitaciones se escuchan demasiado, tuve que escuchar dos días seguidos a una pareja teniendo intimidad demasiado alto, si tuviera niños conmigo definitivamente no sería la experiencia que quisiera darles. No lo recomiendo, está bien para dormir no tan lejos de NY, pero creo que puedes encontrar una mejor opción. English: The room was dirty, the safe didn't work. The Hosekeeping service put us the used towels, they only folded them. We had to go to the reception to reload the keys more than once, because they didn't leave them properly adjusted. The pool is not heated, and in general the rooms are heard too much, I had to listen two days in a row to a couple having intimacy too high, if I had children with me it would definitely not be the experience I wanted to give them. I don't recommend it, it's good for sleeping not so far from NY, but I think you can find a better option.

  Beds are way too soft and old, the room is clean but your status on IHG doesn’t mean anything here. The very best they did was 1pm which is nothing. I have a platinum status and 4 nights away from being Diamond. That means I chose to be at IHG for nearly 70 nights this year… I guess it is time to move to Marriot because Holiday Inn is becoming Days Inn…

  I’m a frequent stayer at this hotel for about five years weekdays only. Unfortunately there is always a few small drawbacks. You’re rolling the dice with the rooms you get. Whether there’s a smudge on the toilet. Stains on towels. Walking in to your temperature settings being in Celsius. Or tour busses of kids running through the hotel. The owners or managers don’t care enough to thoroughly inspect the condition of the rooms. And be selective on which staff member you bring it up to, there’s never any rush to accommodate a frequent stayer unless you’re talking to Gilbert, Tal, or Eloisa.And the general manager has a horrible attitude

  We truly enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn! The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Shout-out to Michael at the front desk! He was absolutely amazing!! Very friendly, welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. Michael went above and beyond and made us feel like valued guests. We also want to thank Rocio, who was incredibly friendly and helpful as well. Both Michael and Rocio made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The pool was another highlight of our stay. It was clean, beautiful, and a perfect place to relax and enjoy some downtime. We will definitely be booking this hotel again on our next visit and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with exceptional staff!

  Staff was timely but the room was so ????? We stayed here for one night and knew we made a mistake - our room was right next to the outdoor pool and the smell of chlorine was so strong and once inside our room, even though it said no smoking, it smelled very strongly of cigarettes/dandruff. Our bed felt damp? Cold? Maybe a mix of both?? I don’t know how they clean their bathrooms but both me and my boyfriend took separate showers that ended up having us both sneezing up a storm and puffy red eyes; the towel holder was barely on the door/wall because it looked like someone tried to rip it off the wall/door. And to top it off, we had little flies in our room! Thankfully we didn’t have a long stay because I would’ve gone crazy. Wouldn’t recommend.
