  Stayed with the family and we had a great stay. Clean room, clean sheets and clean towels. Really quiet even though it’s close to the highway.

  HOUSE KEEPING STEALING FROM YOUR ROOM WHEN NOT THERE AND THE MANAGER COVERS IT UP SHE DOESNT WANT TO MEET OR SPEAK WITH YOU WHILE ANOTHER MALE ANSWERS THE PHONE AND SAYS "NO" WHEN ASKING FOR THE MANAGER.

  The check in process takes longer than average. They have 1 person during peak. Rooms are left undone. Someone was given access to the room we were rented. Almost 9 hours after check out they charged my card for cigarette smoking they claimed to have found when I dont even smoke cigarettes. for 3 days they played trying to get a hold of management. she flat out stated she wasn't going to discuss MY reservation with me and to dispute the transaction with my bank. Never again will I stay here or recommend them.

  I made a reservation to stay at this Best Western. When I showed up, they said they didn’t have it and I couldn’t check in. I tried to show them my reservation paperwork but they refused and said they needed to hear from my travel agent. I had him call them but he could not get through. Then when I canceled (to go stay at a different hotel), they wouldn’t refund me because they claimed my reservation had already started. Yes, the same reservation they said they didn’t have.

  This hotel is an indoor one but only technically. It's just a weird hallway built into a hill. The parking is strange and difficult if you have a larger vehicle. And the turn in for the hotel is easy to miss if you don't know exactly when to turn off the road. And you have to hope the car behind you doesn't slam into you. Other options being taking the off ramp style turn in at like 50 mph. The rooms are difficult to keep cool, and the air conditioning unit spits little mold pellets from the filters never being changed. The beds made my skeleton file formal complaints and my spine has now joined a labor union. The rooms are so small. Best of luck fitting a suitcase any larger than a small carry on. Breakfast is inedible to the point skipping it entirely is preferred. But if you do eat it, you'll probably be skipping lunch just from nausea alone. The staff is passive aggressive at their best. At their worst they just argue with you at increasing volume levels without letting you speak. Two stars because at least there was an ancient and cursed elevator halfway down the endless second floor hallway. We had to stay for work and had no choice but to just deal with it.
