The staff was so rude. They called me a liar for saying that I never complained the two times before.I did for the third time because whoever I complained to never wrote it in the " notes" which is complete craziness to me because it's not my responsibility. I slept in this eighty degree room with my children and my wife for 2 nights.
WiFi in rooms was very spotty. The rooms are a bit dated and defaulted to blowing heat, making the room very dry. Only water available was in the mini market @ $3 a bottle or during breakfast.
But service and front desk was very responsive , location is very central. Book for convenience but don’t expect much
We stayed for three nights. The hotel had a very unique look and was clean. The front desk staff was nice, until we went to the bar inside the hotel.
The bartender, an older man named John, was not welcoming at all. While taking our drink order, I asked for a green tea drink, and he immediately tried to correct me and said it was called something else. It was just very poor customer service.
After we paid the tab, he brought back the receipt and had the audacity to point out that there was no tip. My partner told him we planned to leave cash, but that he needed to improve his customer service. John then mentioned that a coworker had called out, so he wasn’t having a good night.
Honestly, I was disgusted by the interaction. I personally didn’t want to leave a tip, but my partner still gave him one. Perhaps John needs more training in customer service skills.

Horrible customer service, lie to you on the phone about pricing and fees. Then when you get there they try and charge over $140 just in fees!
Please stay away and go to any other hotel in the area! I hate leaving reviews but this staff and hotel deserve a review! Go somewhere where they actually treat you like a customer!

I had a really disappointing experience with this hotel block for a recent wedding. First, there was confusion around billing-even though they already had a card on file, they requested another one, and then ended up charging the wrong card anyway.
Paid $400 for just the room space for breakfast in the morning for wedding guests-felt excessive, especially given the other issues we encountered.
Guests were told a specific time window, but when people came down within that timeframe, the staff had already started cleaning up and turning things over. Several guests were unable to get breakfast at all.
What made this even more disappointing was that our group had booked 30 rooms+ for the wedding (not in peak season) and despite bringing in that level of business, the hotel wouldn’t waive fees for bringing in outside food.
Overall, the experience felt disorganized and not accommodating, especially for a large group event.
