  Old property needs overhauled! Elevator takes forever. No parking. 👎 paying 25 bucks for breakfast with tip. No thanks. Look elsewhere. Don't waste your $ bad IHG hotel. No pool for Crowne Plazza. 🤑🤑🤑

  I showed up at 2:30 with a sick kid in tow. Just looking to check into a room so that he could rest. Front desk said that check in was at 3 and we would have to wait till 3. She didn’t even look up my reservation. What a joke this place is.

  I would also like to further explain my concern about the front desk staff and hotel management. In my experience, they were not honest or transparent with customers. They told me that checkout time was 11:00 AM, even though the hotel’s website and other booking platforms clearly show a 12:00 PM checkout time. In addition, housekeeping knocked on my door at around 9:00 AM, which made me feel pressured to leave early. This gave me the impression that the hotel was trying to rush guests out as quickly as possible in order to turn over rooms faster, rather than respecting the published checkout time. After this experience, I cannot trust the information provided by the front desk. The staff appeared poorly trained, dismissive, and focused on maximizing room turnover rather than providing basic customer service. This was one of the worst hotel management experiences I have had, and I believe IHG should seriously review the conduct and training of this property’s front desk and housekeeping teams. ****************************************************************** Please do not book this hotel, for your own safety. The room had a serious design and safety issue with the door lock. I left the room during the day, and when I came back, the door was somehow locked from the inside. I could not get into my own room and had to ask someone to come unlock it for me. It was extremely frustrating and honestly quite concerning that a room door could be locked from the inside while the guest was outside. On top of that, the room was unbearably hot, as I turn off the AC when I left!! and housekeeping never cleaned the room the entire day. When I raised these issues with the front desk, they kept arguing and justifying the situation instead of offering any real solution. They also claimed that I needed to put up a sign to request cleaning, which was ridiculous to me Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The unsafe door-lock situation, lack of housekeeping, overheated room, and poor front desk attitude made the stay completely unacceptable.!!!!! aviod at all cost!!!!!!

  After hosting a 500+ people wedding across two days I can firmly say amongst all of our vendors and chaos, Crowne Plaza was by far and away the worst vendor to work with and it wasn't even our venue, just a place for a small portion of out of town family to stay with. From staff changes at leadership positions, bait and switch tactics to drive up prices, unfriendly staff and unaware staff. I tried to contact the general manager of the entire hotel and never got an email back - DO NOT USE CROWNE PLAZA

  Booked a room last night , the receptionist kept telling us about how they will be serving breakfast at 7:30 am. I woke up 7 am this morning just to find out I can’t have breakfast because I don’t have a breakfast voucher. Not once did the receptionist mention anything about purchasing a voucher. This morning I went to get food and was told I neeed a voucher. I asked the receptionist about a voucher and he looked at me like I had three heads, nor did he mention if I wanted a voucher. This isn’t how you treat guest. Definitely didn’t feel like a valued customer. Will never come back.
