- SSSondra SmithAug 4, 20261.0Org they put me in the last room on top floor where there is obvious water damage and black mold you can smell it in the room. So that is why i gave 3 stars. The gentleman working the front desk was really respectful and understanding( I would give him 5 stars but the others NO!)he switched me rooms. The new room is nice and clean. This morning is when shit hit the fan. I have a service dog (for a reason) my dog goes with me everywhere because i need her. Well i went and got breakfast like always and 1 lady that works here said you can't have the dog in here , I politely said that she is a service dog she goes where I do. Then the lady manger comes up and says the same thing but more rude about it in front of everyone and it was packed. I was so embarrassed and upset by her actions. I told her by law she goes where I go. My dog wasn't in anyone's way at all. She didn't make no sounds. Also when I checked in (not that it would matter) the guy didn't say anything about not being able to have my service dog there. Also too the parking is horrible. And the 1 elevator is sketchy

- JPJenn ParkJul 11, 20261.0Came here for a nights stay with husband and kids had a good time at the pool then came back to our room to wash up and go to sleep but as I was tucking my children in I smelled a very foul smell from the sheets!!! It was urine!!! It was dried up and soaked through the bed sheets along with the blanket! Omg! My child was laying on top of someone's urine!!! The smell was so pungent that it embedded on to my child's clothes that I had to quickly change them! I am so grossed out! If you decide to stay here please make sure you do a thorough check of everything please. Im am just traumatized bc this is my first time experiencing anything like this.
