    If you value security, privacy, customer service, and being treated with respect, I cannot recommend the Chataeau Grande hotel. My stay began with a disappointing experience that I was prepared to overlook. However, the situation became far more serious when members of the hotel staff violated my privacy and compromised my sense of safety. What should have been handled with urgency and professionalism was instead met with dismissiveness and defensiveness from the manager when I raised my concerns. As a result, I made the difficult decision to leave the hotel early, which was both costly and incredibly discouraging. I made it clear that I wanted the matter escalated and was assured that my concerns would be shared with the property owners. After waiting an entire week without hearing from anyone, I sent a detailed email outlining everything that occurred. Eventually, I received a call from the hotel's "Owner Representative." Unfortunately, the conversation did little to restore my confidence. The manager had, in fact, shared my concerns as promised, making the delayed apology—only after I followed up myself—feel like an afterthought rather than a genuine effort to address the situation. The lack of urgency, accountability, and meaningful customer care throughout this experience was deeply disappointing. While an apology was eventually offered, it came too late and without any indication that the seriousness of the privacy and safety concerns had been fully acknowledged. It also became clear during that call that the hotel simply prioritIzes some guests over others. A hotel's most basic responsibility is to provide guests with a safe, secure, and respectful environment. Based on my experience, this property failed to meet that standard. I hope management takes meaningful steps to improve its handling of guest concerns so that others do not have a similar experience.

    Beautiful grounds,we spent 2nites at the hotel,we were there for a wedding,location in kind of an industrial area (it felt like) I was not at all happy with the prices for drinks at the bar,a martini was $25 plus tax,my beer was $9 plus tax and then they round up because corporate doesn't want them dealing with change!!!when I spoke to the manager Joshua he immediately apologized and had the bartender round down and gave me back another dollar which I immediately gave back to the bartender towards his already decent tip,Then in just talking and shooting the breeze Joshua bought a round of beers for myself and son in law. So all and all a very nice place with nice people working there,Just keep in mind VERY PRICEY DRINKS.

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Chateau Grande Hotel. We had reserved and paid for a room specifically so my son and his prom date could take photos before their special evening. Instead of being welcomed as paying guests, we were treated with hostility and disrespect. From the moment we arrived, staff informed us that we could not take pictures anywhere on the property, despite being hotel guests. When we tried to understand the policy and explain our situation, the staff and management were rude, dismissive, and showed no compassion whatsoever. Rather than attempting to resolve the issue professionally, they called security on us and made us feel completely unwelcome. What made the situation even more upsetting was that this was an important milestone for my son. Prom is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and the way we were treated took away from what should have been a joyful memory. To make matters worse, after the incident, the hotel allegedly denied asking us to leave, which was not our experience at all. I expected courtesy, professionalism, and basic customer service from a hotel of this caliber. Instead, we left feeling embarrassed, hurt, and unsupported. Based on how we were treated, I would not recommend Chateau Grande Hotel to anyone, especially families looking for a welcoming place to celebrate special occasions. This version is firm and credible while avoiding language that could make the review seem overly emotional or easier to dismiss.

    Nice place. Lots of weddings but did a great job with noise control when an after party broke out next to us at midnight. They shut it down within five minutes. Impressive. Comfy and large rooms. Great restaurant downstairs. Try the bacon. 🥓

    We cannot say enough wonderful things about Chateau Grande. From the moment we arrived for our wedding weekend until the time we checked out, the entire experience exceeded every expectation. We hosted our rehearsal dinner and recovery breakfast at the hotel, and both events were absolutely perfect. The staff was exceptional—professional, attentive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure both we and our guests had an amazing experience. Every detail was handled seamlessly, allowing us to truly enjoy such a special weekend. The hotel itself is stunning, and the suites were beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Staying on-site made everything so convenient and stress-free. We also utilized the shuttle service, which was fantastic and greatly appreciated by our guests. Our family and friends continue to rave about their stay, the service, and the overall atmosphere. Chateau Grande played such an important role in making our wedding weekend unforgettable, and we are so grateful to the entire team for their hospitality and dedication. We would highly recommend Chateau Grande for any special event or stay—you will not be disappointed!
