  Excellent stay, we stayed here to get ready for our wedding and the night after our wedding at park chateau. Special shout out to Herman who went above and beyond both days assisting with all transfers to and from the rooms truly above and beyond.

  I’ve stayed here more than a handful of times never had any bad experience I stood her last night with my wife I paid $400 dollars got the smallest room ever door had the biggest gap can almost see in our room had no tv service not even a smart tv 6am in the morning nothing but noise from people in the hallway had no sleep kids screaming people talking loud not happy at all I’ve spent a lot of money at this hotel

  Very disappointing experience at Château Grande in New Jersey. For the amount we paid for one night, I expected a much higher level of service, comfort, and professionalism. Unfortunately, our stay was extremely unpleasant. The biggest issue was the noise throughout the night. Other guests were so loud that we were unable to sleep until around 4:00 a.m. After I call Front Desk An employee did go to their room and asked them to be quieter, but the noise continued and they did not care. When I later spoke with the manager Maria and explained that we had been unable to sleep, the response was essentially that the hotel cannot control its guests’ behavior. I understand that a hotel cannot control everything its guests do, but management should be responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect other guests from excessive noise, especially late at night. Simply saying that it is not under the hotel’s control is not an acceptable response when paying guests cannot sleep. I was also disappointed that the room did not provide some basic amenities I would normally expect at a hotel in this price range, including cotton/cotton swabs. Considering how much we paid for only one night, the overall experience was not worth the money. The customer service was disappointing, and the way the noise complaint was handled made the situation even worse. Unfortunately, I would not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it based on my experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the way noise complaints and guest concerns are handled.

  We had the most incredible wedding weekend at Chateau Grande! From start to finish, the service was exceptional and the entire team went above and beyond to make everything feel seamless and special. A huge thank you to the amazing sales team, especially Hope, who was absolutely wonderful to work with planning our dream rehearsal dinner and Welcome event at the Orchard Park restaurant. She was so attentive, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our weekend perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team to celebrate such an important weekend with. Highly recommend Chateau Grande!
