  Not good. 4th of July weekend, the pool not available, room not prepared properly, microwave not working, dishes left in dishwasher and the refrigerator was not clean. The backdoor doesn't work you have to walk to the front entrance to enter to the room. One grill was working.. way under staff. No compensation for the inconvenience of not having a pool and the room. This property in the past was handled by different management was way better. I would not recommend this property for future stays

  Traveling in the summer a long distance with kids and booked as a functional stay. Pool was “out of service” despite the advertising. Didn’t appear as if it was recently working. Total bait and switch. The desk was very dismissive. Also the hallway smelled musty and seemed very dated. Definitely overpriced. Tons of other options in the Cranberry area. Shop around.

  Rooms are terrible dish washer smells like garbage. Garbage disposal don’t work old food sitting in it

  This place was absolutely disgusting. Splatters on the walls that are not cleaned. The pool was not open it’s doesn’t look like it’s been open in years. The staff never came and cleaned the rooms. Overall experience was not good I would recommend you look for somewhere else to stay.

  We stayed here for 3 days. The person working the front desk is frequently gone, so good luck checking in or getting anything you need. It is mid June and the pool is closed and covered. We did laundry and only 2 washers and 2 dryers work. We worked out at the gym and there is only 2 sets of weights, the rest of the racks are empty. The water cooler was empty and there weren't any towels. In our room the ice maker was broken, the kitchen water faucet was broken and the toilet barely flushed. The blinds, curtains, walls and floors were filthy. I debated on rating one star, however, breakfast and the dinner they served was decent. Our bed and bedding were good. I think the people rating this place 4 and 5 stars are friends and family. It isn't worth the money we paid. If they cut their rates in 1/2 we would maybe consider staying here again.
