  The room with two queen beds 415 made the stay so comfortable and relaxing. It was nice to have plenty of sleeping space and room to settle in. The beds were comfortable, and the room had a cozy, welcoming feel that made it easy to unwind after a long day. Adamaris at the front desk made the experience even better. She was kind, attentive, and welcoming, taking the time to answer questions and make sure we felt comfortable. Her friendly personality made her easy to approach, and we appreciated the care she put into helping us. Between the comfortable beds, the inviting atmosphere, and the excellent service from Adamaris, this was a lovely stay. We would happily return and recommend the hotel to anyone looking for comfort and a warm welcome!

  I was very pleased with my stay at the Holiday Inn Clark. From the moment I arrived, everything felt organized and inviting. The hotel has a nice atmosphere, the common areas were kept clean, and my room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I also appreciated how peaceful it was, which made it easy to relax. The service was another highlight of my visit. Katherine was especially wonderful and made a great first impression. She was warm, attentive, and had such a friendly personality. We had a really nice conversation, and she made the experience feel more personal rather than just another hotel check-in. Overall, the combination of a comfortable room, clean property, and welcoming service made this a great stay. I had a very positive experience and would be happy to return the next time I’m in the area.

  I had a really great experience staying at the Holiday Inn Clark. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a very welcoming atmosphere. Everything was well kept, and the room was comfortable and clean. The overall experience was smooth from check-in throughout the stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again. The customer service also really stood out. I especially want to give a shoutout to Katherine at the front desk. She was super welcoming, friendly, and genuinely lovely to talk to. She had such a positive attitude and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. It’s always nice when someone takes the time to actually have a conversation with you instead of making the interaction feel rushed. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Clark. Between the cleanliness, comfortable atmosphere, and great customer service, it was a very positive experience. Katherine definitely made the stay even better with how kind and welcoming she was. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

  I’ve stayed at the Holiday Inn in Clark for about two weeks total, although not consecutively, and I’ve had a great experience every time. The beds are comfortable, the AC gets nice and cold, and the pub area is a great place to relax. I’ve spent quite a few Saturday evenings down there watching football, and it’s become one of my favorite parts of the stay. The entire staff has been friendly and helpful, but I especially want to recognize Adamaris. She is always smiling, has an amazing personality, and genuinely goes out of her way to help. Whether I’ve had questions or needed to extend my stay—which she’s helped me do more than once—she has always made everything easy and stress-free. Adamaris is exactly the kind of person who makes you feel welcome when you’re away from home. She deserves some serious recognition for the job she does and the attitude she brings to work every day. If you’re staying at the Holiday Inn in Clark, make it a point to stop by and see Adamaris. She’ll take great care of you! Great hotel, great staff, and an extra-special shoutout to Adamaris! 👏⭐

  I rarely leave reviews this negative, but after staying here for three nights and dealing with a reservation problem beforehand, I feel management and ownership need to know what is happening at this hotel. We originally had a reservation issue and reached out to the hotel for help. I was never given any meaningful assistance with rebooking, and it genuinely felt like no one cared. At one point, when I asked a front desk employee for her name, I was hung up on. Since nobody helped us resolve the situation, I ended up making separate reservations at the same hotel myself. Unfortunately, the experience did not improve once we arrived. During our three-night stay, I don’t recall seeing a single staff member smile or make us feel genuinely welcome. I also noticed employees were not wearing name tags, which was particularly frustrating after my earlier experience trying to identify the person I had spoken with. The property itself is very dated and, in my experience, not maintained to the standard I would expect from a Holiday Inn. There was an unpleasant smell as soon as we entered the lobby, and it continued through the elevators, corridors, and even into our room. The hallways and elevators were especially unpleasant. The furniture in our room was old and in poor condition. The bathroom was extremely small and outdated. The parking garage was dirty and did not feel welcoming or particularly comfortable to walk through. We were also never offered any assistance with our luggage. What bothered me most wasn’t simply that the hotel was old. An older property can still be clean, welcoming, and well managed. What made this stay so disappointing was the combination of the property’s condition and the lack of hospitality or concern from the staff when we actually needed help. After three nights here, I left with the impression that this property needs serious attention from ownership and senior management — both in terms of the physical condition of the hotel and, more importantly, customer service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know. Personally, I would not stay here again at any price point.
