  This Hotel has poor maintenance. All ice machines are broken or not functional. The so called free breakfast ain't free here. The room. Imagine seeing rusted fire sprinkler heads, a poorly clean shower, ceiling tiles with water stains, rusted screws in the shower towel holder, holes in the door that look like it used to hold a hook. The fire escutcheons aren't seated properly. This hotel is very disappointing and Holiday Inn would be ashamed if their corporate execs came out here and it has their name on it. To top of the list here is the kicker, the next morning the front desk clerk was rude and didn't want to work there it seems. The morale is shot here, it is quite apparent the management does not have their hands around the business fully here. The team is disengaged in the day. The only saving grace for this place was the night auditor was friendly but I only see that lasting shortly as low morale becomes a toxic work environment and then you are dealt the standards we were dealt. This happened for the 05/18/26-05/19-/26 stay room 404 we booked on Priceline and regret this and Priceline now. I don't care what IHG has to say on this comment channel to me I'm contacting the Corporate Office with the pictures as well.

  Everyone is accommodating and they try their very hard to make everyone comfortable. A guest was being difficult and the front desk staff hold their composure so well despite the circumstance. I give props to them because I’ve seen many other people retaliate toward the person giving them attitude. 10/10 experience and would recommend everyone stay here!

  I had an amazing stay at Holiday Inn! The staff was super friendly and made check-in really easy. The room was very clean, comfortable, and smelled fresh when we walked in. I also loved how quiet and relaxing the hotel was at night. The breakfast was great and had a lot of good options. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

  Room 237 was honestly one of the best hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. As soon as I walked in, I was surprised by how spacious it felt there was plenty of room to move around, relax, and not feel cramped at all. Everything was clean, well-kept, and set up in a way that made the stay feel really comfortable. One of the best parts was how quiet it was. There wasn’t much noise coming from the hallway or other rooms, so it was easy to just unwind and get a good night’s sleep without any distractions. The bathroom was another highlight it looked really nice and modern, almost like something out of a boutique hotel. It was clean, well-lit, and honestly perfect for taking pictures. Everything just had that fresh, polished look that makes it feel a bit more luxurious than a standard stay. Also, the front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming. From check-in to any small questions, they were helpful, polite, and made everything feel easy and stress-free.

  This was supposed to be a mini get away for peace and quiet with my partner but it was not. As soon as we arrived to our floor which was the 5th it smelled like mildew. As if wet towels were left in a corner type of smell. On top of that there were drunk teenage kids being very loud in the hallways, smoking marijuana that stunk up the place. There were also young woman with old men doing stuff they shouldn’t have done if you know what I mean. The hotel is also supposed to be strict on the no smoking policy that’s why we booked it. We saw some raving reviews about how clean, comfortable, and quiet it was however that was not our experience. Our check out time was 11 am but the women who come to clean the rooms , came in at 8 AM NO KNOCKING JUST BARGED IN. That was a violation of our privacy. I would never come here again. I rather take my money to a real clean and more professional establishment where my partner and I can go for a peaceful night.
