  Recently stayed 3 nights here, M-W, after a tree fell near my house and knocked out our power and AC. After staying 2 nights in 2 different crappy hotels in South Jersey, I just needed quiet and sleep. This hotel is perfect for that. I stayed in a 6th floor king size room and had no noise complaints at all. Didn't hear anything! The bed was so comfortable, the AC was amazing and the cable tv was great too. Shower was clean and plentiful towels. The front desk clerk helped me log into the wifi over the phone, really appreciated that. One of the nights, I ate an early dinner at the bar inside the hotel, and the bartender was such a nice guy, I think his name was James. Decent beer selection and the food was ok, especially at happy hour prices. Highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay anywhere in the south jersey area.

  the room is basic however it its cute and great for the price. the pools are amazing the indoor one is heated and so relaxing. theres also an outdoor one. there is a nice bar and restaurant. we didnt go there but it looked cool. u dont even have to leave the hotel bc its accessible from the lobby. theres a fridge and microwave in the rooms which is a must for me bc I bring my own food. u can also add late check out for an extra 30 bucks from Expedia app which I thought was cool. theres a nice place less than 10 minutes called cooper park me and my son explored there its beautiful. we had a great one night adventure and closing it out by going to adventure aquarium on the way home.

  My wife and I arrived past 1:00am from a six hour drive and checked in seamless and fast by front desk agent Joe. Stayed for three days and this Holiday Inn is our home away from home. Location is great just across from Cherry Hill Mall and lots of restaurants in close proximity. Staff is friendly and attentive as evident with Sherry in housekeeping, Mamadou and front desk supervisor Ms Dana. GM Suzette Parungao came out to talk to us and thanked us for choosing Holiday Inn and was genuine in finding out how their service can improve. Facility was clean and welcoming. Felt safe and secure at this hotel. Vince M.

  What a fabulous stay at this location. The staff couldn't be more accommodating. Amanda greeted my wife and I at the front desk. We were so very pleased with the service and the many amenities offered by this location. It was connected to a great bar and grille. The staff there was beyond compare. Felicia and bartender James were masters of their craft. Andre was our server, he was simply outstanding. Even when faced with a shortage of personnel one evening. This group was able to fully take care of a very busy night. What great young professionals.

  Bizim için inanılmaz kötü bir deneyimdi resmen sokakta kaldık, Booking üzerinden rezervasyon yapmamıza rağmen, Resepsiyondaki hanımefendi bizi otele kabul etmedi daha sonrasında ise bağırarak hazırlamaya çalıştı. Boşta odası olduğunu da söyledi ama bize Veremeyeceğini söyledi, Bunun doğru olmadığını ve eğer odası yoksa bookingden kapatması gerektiğini Söylediğimizde ise bağırıp çağırmaya başladı ve yardımcı olamayacağını buradan gitmemizi istediğini söyledi. Bizde kalacak hiçbir yerimiz olmadığını Bizi mağdur ettiğini söylediğimizde polisi çağırdı!!! Biz hiçbir yere gitmedik çünkü konumuzda haklıydık. Otel yüzünden resepsiyondaki hanımefendi yüzünden inanılmaz derecede mağdur kaldık. Şu ana kadar Dünyanın bir çok yerinde bugün üzerinden rezervasyon yaparak konakladım hayatımda ilk defa başıma böyle bir şey geliyor. Kimseye bu otelde konaklamayı ve bu gibi insanlarla muhatap olmayı önermiyorum. Yapılan çok büyük bir yanlıştı
