- MVMary VanderhoofMay 9, 20262.0We checked in to our room on a Saturday night at 10 pm. We discovered that our toilet was backed up and couldn't flush. We called the front desk and they said they would send Engineering up to fix it. At 11 pm we were still waiting and wanted to get to sleep. We dragged all our suitcases down to the lobby to ask for another room. When we asked the girl at the desk why Engineering had not come up to fix our toilet she said, "I guess they're not here." No apologies. Just a bad attitude. Then she told us there were no more King beds available. Again - no apology. What a horrible experience from what is already a mediocre hotel at best

Housekeeping was fantastic. My room was on the 6th floor. The elevators were quick, clean and secured from persons who didn't belong there. A room key is needed to access the upper floors. I am satisfied with my stay and the service received.
