- TRTy Redden4 days ago4.0My experience started with being given a room that had not been cleaned yet and I had to go back to the front desk to have my room switched. My second room was fairly clean but had some residue under the microwave and minifidge that had not been taken care of by the cleaning staff.

Everything worked as expected, including the Wi-Fi and hot water, making for a hassle-free stay. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and the overall experience was smooth and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was disappointing. The quality and selection did not justify the price, especially when many hotels offer a better breakfast at no extra cost. For what was being charged, we expected a much better experience. A special mention goes to the staff member managing the breakfast area. She was constantly refilling food, cleaning tables, and keeping everything organized while remaining friendly and attentive. Her hard work and dedication were impressive. Seeing how much she was handling on her own, it was difficult to understand why more support wasn't provided. She deserves full marks for her effort and service.
- DDDyanneJun 4, 20262.01. I called ahead of time to ask if the TVs were HDMI equipped. I was told yes. I check in, attached my HDMI, ordered a $75 pay preview event, no streaming service via the tv or my laptop. Called front desk and was told no matter what I how tried to stream, the hotel has a block on all streaming. I did bother fighting for my $75 back after given misinformation, my peace is more important. 2. Arrived at check in at 3pm, had to wait an hour before rooms were cleaned. One front desk staff went to confirm each room was cleaned before me and others were allowed to check in. It seemed to be a staff shortage? Other than the loss of $75 and wait time to check in, I love the location, its close to everything there in South Jersey and Philadelphia, lots of restaurants and shops near by.
