  Smoke entering a nonsmoking room, broken amenities, a room downgrade, and months without a written management resolution. After repeatedly staying at this property over roughly a year and a half, I expected much better. During my June 10–12, 2026 stay, cigarette smoke came through the bathroom vent into my room. The room phone's buttons did not work, so I had to go to the front desk in person. I was moved, but that meant packing everything back up and unpacking again. I had booked a king room and was given two queen beds instead. The replacement room also had a remote-control problem, and the TV did not work properly. I completed the stay, but the move and downgrade were a significant inconvenience. The follow-through has been just as disappointing. IHG acknowledged the complaint in July and asked the general manager to investigate and contact me. By October, I still had no written resolution from hotel management. After further follow-ups, IHG offered 10,000 points and said it considered that appropriate for the entire matter, directing me back to the manager. The sample one-night reward rate checked for this hotel was 16,000 points, so the offer did not cover that quoted night; rates vary by date. Points toward another stay do not make me want to return after this experience. Based on both the stay and the handling afterward, I would not stay here again.

  Never take a motel right off tge Bew Jersey Turnpike. Riftraft hanging around the motel.

  While I was on a stay for work here the front desk girl Chanel was absolutely amazing! She was warm, welcoming, professional, and very attentive. Her friendly attitude and outstanding customer service made my experience even more enjoyable. She truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel valued and comfortable. Chanel is a wonderful asset to the hotel, I was feeling down and she literally cheered me right on up

  I had a wonderful stay here and I would like to personally give a shoutout to the new front desk lady chanel! She was very kind and attentive to any problems I had and made my stay very comfortable so I told her I would be leaving a review on how good she was to me! If you see this chanel THANK YOU AGAIN!
