  After booking.com screwed up our reservation for another place closer to Jersey City. We had to “on our own” find another place. With everything that was happening during the weekend, football games, Comic-Con, concerts, places to stay were minimal. Thank god that we were able to find 3 rooms at this location. We arrive early and wanted to see if we were able to check in early but they booked from the night before and had no rooms cleaned. Mike at the front desk was so nice asked us to go and have breakfast at the lobby and will let us know if something will become available. Mike made sure we had our rooms all on the same floor! And we also were able to have a late check out. Rooms were spacious and really clean. The body wash, lotion and hand wash smelled really nice. The entire staff was so polite and kind. Thank you staff and the Holiday Inn for a really pleasant stay!

  I was so impressed by this hotel. It was so clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was also amazing and so accommodating. special thank you to Mike and Basahn for making our stay so great :)

  We had a wonderful experience staying at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Meadowlands Area, and a special thanks to Sarah at the front desk for making our stay even better! She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. She went out of her way to assist us and made sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. Her kindness and professionalism truly made a difference in our experience. It’s always great to meet someone who genuinely cares about guests and takes pride in their work. Thank you, Sarah, for all your help! She is a real asset to the hotel team. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for the excellent customer service!

  Great place to stay. Friendly n welcoming staff. Sarah went above n beyondbeyond. The stream was down one day I was trying to connect my new account to my stay. 2 days later she remembered and we were able to connect it at check out. Take you Sarah!!!

  Stay clear away from this place. I booked a future stay for the end of September. And I cancelled that within the deadline. All to make a new reservation for cheaper rate with the same hotel with no deposit required until arrival. Well guess what I was charged $299.00 for my first cancelation, which I will attach through text conversations, because god forbid, you talk to a real person on the phone. So through the text, the customer service rep confirmed. Yes, I was wrongly charged, and confirmed i did Cancel within the deadline. I'm going to start your refund! On the same day I also confirmed of my new reservation and that I would not be charged for that until arrival.. well 48 hours later they told me my account was never charged for anything. After communicating through text back and forth, now I get a call from the manager that claims the charge was for my new reservation ( that I was told wouldn't be charged until arrival) I told her she was lying and to send me the proof that it was applied to my stay and the balance and she hung up on me. So here you go. They are deceitful and yes they charged me incorrectly.and when you called me ,yes I called you a liar because you are. I didn't swear at you didn't yell at you. I already canceled my new reservation then you send me an email canceling the reservation I already cancelled. Sorry, but when you charge my card wrongly, you are gonna hear my voice, poor poor customer service. You all are!
