I stay here often. Merrick the bartender is funny, kind, and entertaining, Sarah is the happiest greeter ever at the front desk, and Karen makes the most delicious omelets. This trio makes the hotel a most enjoyable stay! Give them all a raise! We love these guys

I went to book a room on the Holiday Inn website. In fine print the cancellation policy gave you a 14 day window. I’ve booked over 1000 hotels in my lifetime as a sales person never has a hotel had such a long period for cancellation. Unfortunately, I tried to cancel the reservation five days prior to arrival. After spending time on the phone with reservations, the general manager, then pointed me to IHG membership services to be helped. When I spoke to them, they pushed me back to the hotel. After hours on the phone, I come to realize that Tonya the general manager there simply just did not want to refund my money. She would only refund it if I booked for another night. So I am not only out my money, I’m out half my day trying to get this resolved. I would absolutely never ever stay at this hotel and I would never recommend it to family or friends. Totally not helpful not customer friendly.
