  Cons: Hallways were dirty. Shower had old hair in tub and in sink. TV remote did not work. Wall temp control unit did not light up to see temp setting. Pros: Staff was great. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was well cooked, good options and quick brew coffee machine. Fitness room was nice and provided towels. Easy parking. Tons of good food very close. I should probably give a higher rating but the uncleanliness of the room and hallways made us uncomfortable. If this review helps protocol for the cleaning staff, it has served it’s purpose to make some changes. It is our first bad experience with a HI Express property.

  They steal! Its clearly an inside job where they have someone wait in the joining room We have always checked hotel rooms thoroughly and taken pictures upon arrival. This includes under beds, nightstands, in showers, bed sheets, etc.. My husband left the room as soon as he got there to get water from his car and returned to his bag being opened. It had been maybe 5 minutes. His room is extremely close to the entrance. They stole his pants. 1. WTH?? (Probably because they were rolled up in his bag, they assumed it was something valuable, he is pretty sure undies are gone and a shirt or two) 2. When he told the lady up front she offered a new room. Not even a "huh thats strange, do you want me to check the security camera or ask the joining room?" 3. When he showed her why he thinks that she said "ive seen enough." As she texted on her phone. As soon as she left, while we are still on the phone together (yes I heard the conversation he had with her) the phone rings in his room and only once (8:26pm). Like she called it when she got back to the desk. Something doesnt smell right here and its not just the breakfast! My husband is very OCD, he knows where he puts things and in what order. Bags were moved, things were moved inside his one bag, and he took pictures before he left the room. Bag was unopened until he returned. (ps no garbage bags in the room, probably took the stuff in those.) Update: same night, been there less than 3 hours. When he was in the shower, they came in again! He had just went through his stuff with me on the phone and set his vans shirt on top in his bag. When he got out and called me he said he thought he heard something so he started going through his stuff again. The vans shirt on top was now missing. He looks all around the room, inspecting it like we normally do at check in and suddenly his shirt is under the bed, IN THE MIDDLE. Impossible for it to fall there and clearly tossed under. Also found his undies near the nightstand. This is some weird game they are playing, guess they didnt think he would notice his stuff missing and tried to cover it up, but pants are too big to just be tossing around as if someone dropped them on accident. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE! BE A BETTER PERSON!!! May 12th, 8:00 pm around check in.

  Great service. Room very clean and the clean it daily. Free Breakfast was delicious. Sometimes the water takes a minute or five to get hot. Great hotel and staff. Would stay again.

  Room was not in good shape. Smelled like the room had not been cleaned. Literally like someone slept in the room and they just remade the bed. Sheet was stained. Carpet had stains. Only postive was that customer service was good. Definitely needs some updates
