  Put us in a room that was dirty, burn holes in comfortable, smell like smoke. Had a sweet 16 party going on near the room was extremely loud. Party was until after 12 ?? They moved us to another room once we complained. Not run well at all.

  Terrible hotel to stay at. If you want a rundown hotel to stay at with water running out of the shower nonstop in multiple rooms this is the hotel to stay at. 👎

  Room didn't seem to be vacuumed before we checked in. Both nights we had no hot water to shower. We were in town for a softball tournament and none of our team had hot water in our rooms at all during our stay. These girls were in extreme heat conditions plying softball and weren't able to take warm showers...contrary to what people think the ice cold shower wasn't pleasant after being in the 100° + heat all day. Then first night the girl at the desk tried to fix it for all of us but the 2nd night a different girl was on and she was rude. She told us she was the only one on and couldnt help.

  We booked a stay at this Holiday Inn Express on our way traveling up to NH. It location was absolutely disgusting. When we got to our room. The bed sheets were dirty and stained. When we talked to the girl at the receptionist desk and told her about the room, she said "I'm the only person working in this hotel tonight. What do you want me to do!?". We asked her if she could change the sheets. But that was not happening. Then she asked us if we wanted to stay in a different room. BUT, we would have to pay the difference cause it was slightly large room with two queen bed. After discussing, they agreed to not up charge us for the different room. When entered the new room. Guess what, it was worst than the original room. Sheets were stained and dirty. Bath tub was stained and dirty. Couldn't even get a good night sleep cause the A/C fan made a terrible racket all night. The whole place was disgusting. I'll post some pictures of everything. Stay far from this place. What a waste of money.
