  This was a bad pick on my part. My family only needed a place to sleep for literally a few hours, so the sell for this hotel was the low cost... for me $140 for a 2 bed queen. The low cost was equal to the quality which was not good. Cleanliness was the biggest issue. No it was actually the room door that didn't lock from the outside... but the Cleanliness was the killer. We found hair on the toilet seat, hair in the shower. Out counters had crusty stuff on it. The fridge was off and had water pooled up in the bottom. The microwave had crusted items in it. The corners of the room had dust and debris build up..... and I got one of the "renovated" rooms. You can tell slapping the pain on the walls were the renovations" several flaws still exist. The staff was friendly and did assist with extra towels and toilet paper, which was great. If it wasn't for the cancellation penalty, I would've cancelled, we would've found another place.

  The worst hotel stay I have ever had. Booked a room as a bride for after my wedding close by, had multiple wedding guests book as well. We will never book with Best Western again. The worst experience as newlyweds. Check-in staff was rude. Ignored my husband when he requested a bathroom. Rooms dirty. Woken up at 6:30 am on a Sunday to a shirtless man hammering and chiseling the stairs that guests are to use. Tools all over. No safety tape or direction to use other stairs. The guy didn’t even move off the stairs for guests. Multiple guest complained about the noise. Front desk said they weren’t aware and said sorry. The banging continued until we checked out. Breakfast attendant was rude yelling at guests across the room. Breakfast was very minimal, not even orange juice, with a Wawa next door. You could see daylight through the bricks in the building, the structure is not sound or safe. That entire place needs a THOROUGH inspection… guarantee it doesn’t pass on multiple accounts and gets temporary shut down.

  I want to preface this review by saying that I am a person who goes out and camps primitively in the middle of the woods on a regular basis. The point is, I am not squeamish about dirty things. That being said, this has got to be the filthiest place I have ever slept. Not one single surface in this room is clean. The countertops and desks are gritty. The floors are visibly soiled and have turned my socks brown. The black dots on the floors in the photos are not features of the floor, they are filth. I had to put a towel on the chair before sitting on it because it is clearly filthy. I wasn't expecting 5 star accommodations but I do expect it to at least be clean. If I didn't need a place to stay I would have asked for a refund and left. The one positive thing I can say is that the desk staff were very friendly and professional.

  I have been to Best western hotels plenty of times before and I have never experienced the dirty disgusting room that I was put in when I arrived after a 15 Hour Drive this is what the room look like that I was first placed in not to mention the floors were so sticky. My shoes were sticking to the floor, the overwhelming smell of pee and mildew. there was stuff splattered all over the walls. The floors have not been cleaned in what it looks like months. There was bugs in the shower and all on the bathroom floor. Here are some photos I took. I am completely and utterly disgusted we were able to get moved to another room which sadly was in the same condition just without the smell. I am a member of best Western and have been for a while now and after this, I will no longer be staying at best Western.

  Was going to a local event in town and have stayed at this hotel a good amount of times... but... After checking in, we noticed there was hardly any toilet paper in the bathroom, not even a half of role was left. I called the front desk and asked if they had some up there. They did and I went up to get it. Later on that first night, went to take a shower, only to find NO bath towels in the bathroom. Used a hand towel to dry off. Called the front desk again to see if we could get a few bath towels. I was told they had to be put in the dryer and would be about 20 minutes. 30 minutes later my partner went up to the desk to see about the towels and was told it would be another 15 to 20 min. 20 minutes later we had a knock on our door and they got delivered. While watching tv, we heard noise coming from the drop ceiling tiles. Apparently there were mice running over them. Happened a few times each night. Another friend who was staying a few rooms down from us, also going to the event in town found a partially filled coffee cup in their room. Apparently one of the cleaning staff misplaced her coffee and couldn't find it and left for the day? I usually stay at this hotel and have never had issues like these. I don't know if they had gone under new management since I stayed last year, but it was disappointing. Apparently the refrigerator didn't have that small freezer portion as the usually do. It worked and kept stuff cold, but a bit too cold. We had mostly frozen slushed milk and almost everything was frozen solid after the 3 night we stayed. I guess I would rather it frozen and thaw or microwave it than have it spoiled instead. I can work with frozen... It's still a decent place to stay if overnight, but this time may have soured my want to stay here again.
