  Honestly this motel went from bad to worse. One of the reasons I booked this place was for the indoor pool but when we arrived we found out the pool was closed. The lady at the front desk let us know it’s due to a problem with getting someone to inspect it. Regardless, they should have a notice when you book the room and not advertise the pool. I booked through expedia and it clearly stated the pool was an amenity. That wasn’t even the worst of it. We got our room and it didn’t even seem like it had been cleaned at all. We saw several bugs, including one on the bed. The sheets had tears in it, the furniture and walls all had weird stains on it. Attached are several images showing the state of the room. When we complained, they gave us another room with 2 queens rather than the king we had booked. That room came with another slew of problems, with the blinds not even able to close fully. DONT BOOK THIS MOTEL! I booked thinking best western is a name i’ve heard of, that should be better than a random motel i’ve never heard of. No it was the worst place I’ve ever stayed.

  The worst hotel to stay at. I’ve never stayed at one this bad. There are bugs in the room. The pillow cases are torn. The bed sheets are not clean. Toilet flooring is broken and it’d slit your skin. They say they’ll give you complementary breakfast but they won’t have any even if you go at 8 AM. And when I asked if I could get some, the staff told me that they ran out of breakfast quick. Mind you there was no one in the hall to eat. The towels were stinking. I told the woman at the front desk about all of this and she was dismissive about it all and extremely rude. I called Best Western customer care to give them the feedback and they keep sending me back after saying they’d give me the refund without giving me ANY refund. It’s a major scam. All of it.

  Good location right near the highway especially if your visiting 6 flags great adventure only 15-20 mins away. Pool was not working disappointing it was a reason why we booked the hotel, they informed us apon arrival said they could refund but we drove 5hrs to get there, dont know the area. Also they told us they were having house keeping issues and yes they are! Dirty cloths and someone socks in the bathroom after housekeeping was just in there cleaning. It had toliet paper, towel, and etc. I think its odd to have to request your room to be cleaned before 9am, but I get if they are short staffed and what not. Not sure if I would stay here again, but thank you!

  Where do I begin... If i could give this place a zero I would. On the outside this place looks beautiful, on the inside it's a dump. I go to best western in my area 1-2 a week for over a year now but unfortunately it was fully booked and I've never had an issue there. They wanted 100$ deposit (Which I've never had to pay before) At this one I paid extra (20,000 points + 25$) for a King sized room when normally at our BW they charge you 16,000 points for a King room and at this one the room was much smaller and an absolute dump. There was literally no one here and they made us wait until 12:30 to get a room. It's a 3 story hotel with no elevator, the building smells of dust and mold, there was no bath tub which is what my girlfriend really looks forward to, the bathroom was the size of a shoe, they only gave us one towel when there were two of us, barely any toilet paper, we had to drive to the front office to get towels and toilet paper, the floors were dirty and looked like they haven't been mopped or sweeped in years, the room was filthy, nothing was wiped down, there's stains all over the walls, chairs, and the headboard of our bed, it took us two hours to get the lamps to work, there were multiple flies in our room, no kuerig for us to make coffee, the bed sheets were wrinkly and felt damp, the pillows were tiny, and the best part of this disaster was when we realized we didn't even have a microwave. I called the front office and the lady is like..."You don't have a microwave? Hmm that's weird" 30 minutes later she's going through other rooms to see if she could find us a microwave. It just tells me they don't check their rooms or care at all. I found it odd that there were only 10 cars in the parking lot on a saturday night and now I see why. This place is an embarrassment to the franchise and we'll never come here again! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!!

  Stayed here due to employer booked for work. It's a Best Western! Everything was decent, not a place I would choose if I had a choice. However it served It's purpose. A place ro sleep and shower.
