  Ali at the front desk provided excellent service from start to finish. He was welcoming, professional, and very helpful throughout my visit. He made everything smooth and easy, and his positive attitude really stood out. Great experience overall thanks to him!

  During my stay at this hotel, I noticed something very uncomfortable that management should take seriously. Several housekeeping employees seemed to be working under a lot of tension because of one senior employee who was constantly criticizing and bothering the other housekeepers over every little thing, acting as if she were a supervisor. As a guest, the uncomfortable atmosphere and pressure among the staff were very noticeable. Some employees even looked stressed and discouraged. From comments I overheard during my stay, it seems that many workers eventually quit because of this toxic work environment. What is even more concerning is that this employee apparently has a close friendship with the supervisor, so nobody seems willing to address the situation. A hotel should not only care about customer service, but also about maintaining a professional and respectful work environment for its employees. When staff are constantly under stress, it also affects the guests’ experience. Durante mi estadía en este hotel noté algo muy incómodo que creo que la gerencia debería tomar en serio. Varias empleadas de housekeeping parecían trabajar bajo mucha tensión debido a una trabajadora con más antigüedad que constantemente estaba llamándoles la atención y molestándolas por cualquier cosa, como si fuera supervisora. Como huésped, fue evidente el ambiente incómodo y la presión que había entre el personal. Incluso se podía notar que algunas trabajadoras estaban desanimadas o estresadas. Según comentarios que escuché durante mi estadía, muchas personas terminan dejando el trabajo por ese ambiente laboral. Lo más preocupante es que aparentemente esta empleada tiene mucha confianza con la supervisora, por lo que nadie parece hacer nada al respecto. Un hotel no solo debe preocuparse por la atención al cliente, sino también por mantener un ambiente profesional y respetuoso para sus empleados. Cuando el personal trabaja bajo tensión, eso también afecta la experiencia de los huéspedes.

  The hotel was comfortable and the staff were friendly, which made for a pleasant stay. However, the room could have used some updates and the breakfast selection was a bit limited. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there's room for improvement.

  One of the worst reception staff have seen in entire my life. Very rude, unprofessional and they can’t handle any customers or complaints. Holiday inn and their group of the hotels administration are useless and they can’t control or choose their employees to handle customer service. You supposed be go to get rest and peace of mind but they are very perfect to ruined your stay.
