  This is a veritable low -class dive which should be torn down soon and replaced with an equally low-class medical evaluation facility . Although the rooms are superficially attractive , they all remain ill maintained : the toilets do not flush properly and there are window shades irrevocably pulled up to the ceiling , allowing no privacy . No alarm clocks are provided and the Keurig coffeemakers have all mysteriously disappeared . There is only one reception person who remains friendly - the others are all emotionally disturbed and cold in their demeanors . And so are the clients - most of them who illegally live there , violating local zoning laws .The heating and cooling units do not work properly , despite the high cost of a one-night stay .Most who patronize this seedy hotel are not paying customers ; rather their rents are paid for in points , accrued by their treating physicians who rely on them for patronage. All in all , this public outhouse should be condemned and renamed The Nightmare Hotel - a very disgusting experience !

  the rooms are clean. however for breakfast, there was no bread, no ketchup. the potatoes were cold. there were no refills, if the fruits were finished, then no refills so anybody who came after 8:30 , didn’t get anything besides leftovers. so disappointed with the chain of hotel

  Breakfast was bad! There was no bakery items, not even a single piece of bread. Absolutely nothing for a vegetarian! While requesting for just an hour late checkout, we were informed that there is a school group checking in early and hence they can’t give even a single hour late checkout. However, we were there in the lobby till 5 PM and there was no hint of any check in by any group. It was just bad customer service. Never recommend anyone to stay in this property. Nothing as per IHG standards.

  I stay for three nights and such amazing Stay experience here. Such a wonderful fabulous breakfast in the morning. Also, the staff was such an excellent elegant intelligent people are here. I spoke with Mr. Ali, which is such aI stay for three nights and such amazing Stay experience here. Such a wonderful fabulous breakfast in the morning. Also, the staff was such a excellent elegant intelligent people are here. I spoke with Mr. Ali, which is such a wonderful man and very helpful, very professional and hospitality person hotel is very clean and housekeepers are doing the job on the right way.

  We we late, tried to book a double queen bed room from priceline, they declined saying not available, checked on booking.com and it said it was a available. Booked it, however when we checked in found out that it was a standard room with just one bed. Being a family of 4, that was too odd. Rechecked my booking, it said standard room. What the hell. Asked the guy in the front to change rooms, he said that was the last room. We were furious, looked at our options, then requested the guy to give us a few extra blankets and pillows. He was kind enough to give us 6 blankets, that we used on the floor as make shift mattress. Me and my sons slept on that and my wife and younger son on the bed. The hotel was good, just messed up with booking.com
