  Had a reservation last night. If you’re going here for the jacuzzi, please book else where. The size of the jacuzzi is tiny, approximately 5’ x 8’ and lukewarm and in very poor condition. The pictures on the website do not represent the pool/jacuzzi in this hotel in anyway. When I asked for a refund the front desk agent, Ali, made derogatory remarks. And when I told him I’d report him to the manager he stated, “ I would LOVE for you to do that” and to top it off, he winked his eye and blew a kiss at me to further belittle me. I was so upset from this experience, I was shaking while I was driving on my way home. Never have I ever been treated so poorly by anyone, especially a customer service rep. I did report it to the manager, Allison, and they stated they would issue a refund and investigate the incident. I’m posting this because if there are any others mistreated by Ali in the future, there will be a documented record and the hotel will be held accountable.

  I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and unfortunately, my room was not cleaned even once during my stay. I requested housekeeping on the second day, but despite my request, the room was still not serviced. This was very disappointing and not what I expected from a hotel. While the stay itself was otherwise okay, the lack of housekeeping significantly affected my experience. I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping service for future guests.

  I travel frequently and rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience. First, I want to recognize the staff. Every employee I encountered was friendly, professional, welcoming, and helpful. They greeted guests with a smile, and I had absolutely no issues with the service. The room and bed appeared to be clean overall, although there was an odd odor in the room and a few stains on the carpet that I couldn't quite identify. Unfortunately, there were several maintenance and housekeeping issues. The toilet seat was chipped, and the toilet would not flush completely. The refrigerator was plugged in and running but never got cold. I also found it odd that neither trash can had a liner, which made it uncomfortable to throw away anything that could leave a mess. The biggest disappointment was the pool area. The hot tub wasn't hot, the jets didn't work when turned on, and both the hot tub and pool area felt unclean and unsanitary. The location was also less than ideal. The entrance to the hotel's parking lot is so close to the highway exit that it's difficult to access safely. I ended up parking in the shared Dunkin' parking lot instead. The hotel is also located directly on a busy highway, so traffic noise was constant. I was only there for one night for work, so I didn't report these maintenance issues to the front desk since I was checking out less than 24 hours later. I'm mentioning them here so management is aware and future guests know what to expect. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service from the staff, but the property's maintenance and amenities did not meet my expectations.

  Stayed 5 days and room was cleaned once. Saw garbage empty pizza boxes sitting outside a room for 2 days.

  I booked a 2 night reservation to this hotel thru Priceline. I , along with my 1 year old daughter became ill and could no longer make our trip to New Jersey. I called Priceline well within the window to receive a portion of a refund. Priceline told me to hold off on canceling my reservation and they would attempt to contact this hotel to ask for a full refund. After 2 weeks past my reservation, Priceline tells me that this hotel has declined to give any refund of my $398.00!! I also contacted the hotel directly and was told the same. In this expensive economy, how can you rob a working class family of $398???? Crooks.
