- MLMerchelle LaGroneJul 24, 20263.0Yeah, I'm not impressed.My first visit here Was wonderful this time, not so much.First of all they advertise Refree breakfast for 2 days.They have not had any breakfast except for oatmeal, cereal and muffins.Where are the eggs?Where is the breakfast meat? And second of all , the lady at the front desk wouldn't let me switch rooms I told her that I didn't like the room but to be honest it smells like cigarette smoke. I didn't tell her why I didn't like the room because I didn't want to get accused of causing that smell. I\nAsked her , could I get another room on the same floor she told me that she didn't have any available. LIES!!!! I don't know,maybe next time I come visit I'll find somewhere else to stay. I AM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED AND A LITTLE MIFFED!!

- AOAshlee OsborneJul 14, 20261.0Worst hotel experience ever. The staff was not friendly or helpful. Paint chipping in bathtub. The whole second floor smelled of fish and cigarettes. Was double charged for my room, once in the booking app and once again when I checked in. They are ripping people off and yelling at them. The manager last night stole a customers phone from her and wouldn't give it back. It was a waste of money and we left a day early. Our stay was supposed to be until tomorrow, but we left at 7am TODAY. It's a terrible neighborhood, terrible rude staff, and double charging for rooms. DO NOT STAY HERE!!
- DKDamu KatalathJul 10, 20261.0The place had a very strong smell of weed (or something similar), which made the environment uncomfortable. The breakfast was also disappointing. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it for families. I’d avoid staying here unless they make some significant improvements.
