  Pros Customer service is really great here! Hotel is very very clean **THIS WAS GREAT!** Free parking Cons - The temperature in the gym is warm and cannot be changed because it is connected to the temperature in the rest of the hotel - The walls here are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors - Families with children should be booked on the same level where they cannot disturb other guests - The guests staying next to us should have been kicked out for all the noise and commotion they let their kids make after midnight - We ended up moving rooms twice and landed in the third room - I think this hotel is expensive given our experience, the location, and the upgrades it needs - Bed and pillows are cheap

  This was the nicest hotel stay I’ve had in years. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make me happy. The room was immaculate. The AC was quiet, there were hooks on the wall for hanging stuff, and the blackout curtains let zero light in. Water pressure in the shower was amazing, and the bathroom had an exhaust fan. Free coffee 24x7 and lemon water in reception were great perks. Service and amenities were what I would expect in a much pricier hotel.

  My trip got cut short was supposed to stay for 2 nights but my overall experience I enjoy my stay. If come back to visit I would definitely book again here.

  From the moment I arrived, this hotel completely changed my expectations of what hospitality should be. They bring a whole new meaning to customer service and hospitality, and it truly shows in every interaction. The hotel offers wonderful amenities that many other hotels don’t, and even the small details throughout the property set it apart. While the accommodations themselves are excellent, it is truly the staff who make this place so special. I especially want to recognize Jaliyah, who welcomed me from the moment I checked in. She consistently went above and beyond to make me feel genuinely welcomed, cared for, and valued as a guest rather than just another reservation. Her kindness, compassion, and thoughtfulness made a lasting impression on me. While I was recovering from an arm injury, she even took the time to suggest ways I could still enjoy the hotel’s amenities, such as relaxing by the pool and dipping my feet in the hot tub. That level of genuine care is incredibly rare and deeply appreciated. I would also like to recognize Robert, who noticed that I accidentally dropped my bag of food because of my arm injury. Without hesitation, he offered to carry it all the way to my room. I never even had to ask for help. That simple act of kindness meant so much to me and perfectly reflects the culture of this hotel. I also had the opportunity to speak with the General Manager, Tyler, who was just as kind, friendly, and welcoming as the rest of the staff. It is clear that this level of hospitality starts with great leadership and extends throughout the entire team. I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. The hotel is in a fantastic location with plenty of nearby restaurants, shopping, and other conveniences. My room was meticulously cleaned throughout my stay, which I especially appreciated because I have very high standards when it comes to cleanliness. I also liked the great selection of snacks and treats available for purchase in the lobby, which was very convenient. Another thing that stood out to me was how ADA-friendly, accommodating, and accepting the hotel and staff were. Every interaction made me feel respected, supported, and genuinely cared for. I enjoyed my stay so much that I actually extended it on the day I was supposed to check out because I simply wasn’t ready to leave. The extraordinary hospitality, exceptional service, and genuine kindness shown by every member of the team will absolutely make me a repeat customer. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place where you’ll not only have a comfortable stay but also feel truly welcomed and appreciated.
