- LHLuke M HassellAug 14, 20261.0Night staff barely spoke English, stared there was something wrong with invoice and told ne I would have to deal with it upon check out in the morning and morning staff had no idea how to figure it out. Upon calling to speak with General Mnager 6 times phone was busy and I be time I got through to a staff whom stated I would need to call back. Free breakfast was terrible flavor and amount, ice bag was defective in room could only fit a cup and a half of ice, haircin bathroom sink, caulking job around toilet and shower looked like a 2 year old did it and finally there were 4 Italian ices in the freezer from a prior customer. This is how Best Western runs there company for almost $200 per room, no honor or integrity and willing to defraud their customers. Unreal. General Manager did send a generic hollow apology email not really opening any responsibility for the bad experience. Moral of the story corporate America still sucks, Best Western isn't any different.
- INIgor NekrestyanovAug 10, 20263.0Plenty of parking, easy to find. Easy checkin. Rooms are poorly isolated. We have heard tv from the room above very distinctly and it was not very loud. In fact, you could even see traces of light from the room above at the edges of the sealing. Breakfast was not ok but felt subpar to two other best westerns we stayed on during the same trip. No fruits or berries were offered.
