  BLOOD FOUND IN MY BED SHEETS. WE will get to that. I check in at the front desk. Only to find out the person was trained in English to do the exact check in process. I than ask do you have a Jacuzzi. I no know Jacuzzi. Hot tub? No know. Sauna? She did not even know the word amenities. JD Hospitality LLC is the actual owners of this particular Holiday Inn. It's Thursday and they also tell me no way to talk to a manager until Monday. I than go into my room to check the sheets. There is blood on them. I am absolutely apauled. I chose Holiday inn because there are quality control at these type of hotels. Not like we are staying in a roach motel. I go to the front desk a man is there and does not take my word for it says needs a picture. I go and now I have time to think about the whole situation and come back with the picture which is now on my phone and the check in process. I say now you have caused yourself an issue. Which apparently he has time to think about it and realizes what did I do. He does not need to see the picture any longer. I bring him to room and point the blood out. He says we will get you new sheets and get these cleaned immediately. Clean these need to be thrown away. Don't you have quality control here. In the end nothing is done. No upgrade no discount and no manager. Uday Patel is apparently the only manager who can do anything. Which can't be contacted or bothered until Monday. I am like any manager. Apparently there is only 1 manager and the employees do what they want with no oversight. Worst stay in any place including little motels in my life. Still unresolved and waiting until Monday when the 1 manager can be contacted.

  What a nice hotel ! Front desk and staff very nice and eager to help ! Superior cleanliness and crisp modern hotel and great value. I highly recommend this Hotel. I would come back..

  Very clean, comfortable, good sized room. Free breakfast. Small fitness center. Computers available. Very convenient location, just off rt 95.

  Great place if the cost of a room was under $160. Any more than that, it’s only worth it if you have no choice and can afford it. In general, I would give this location 4 stars. But the thing dragging it down most is the price. I paid $280 for one night in a two queen bed room, which is way too much! It’s $100 more than it should be. But they have a market willing to pay, so they will charge what they can. The floor and walls are thin, and even though I was on a ‘quiet’ floor, we could hear kids running around next door, and doors slamming. This is not the hotel’s fault, per se, but indicative of the building construction. In the early early morning, you can hear other rooms getting ready to leave. Pros: The room was large and clean. It has fool-proof genuine black out shades! Windows that open. An excellent HVAC. Beds were really comfortable. Shower pressure was just okay, but the bathroom was very clean. On the other hand, the hand cream in by the sink dispensed chunky watery stuff, which was just gross. But I was there for one night, so, no big deal. Breakfast was free and actually not bad. Unlimited coffee or tea (pretty good, too), buffet of a wide range of standards, including plain oatmeal with toppings. The indoor pool was COLD even though it’s supposed to be heated. Parking is easy and plentiful when I was there, even though it’s supposed was a full house.
