  Most of the staff was nice. Very disappointed we couldn't use the pool. Not just freezing but dirty, some kind of film on top. The pool room didn't smell good at all. Our room refrigerator (even after my husband turned it down) froze almost everything. Having just one elevator in this size hotel seems a bit off. Everyone on the elevator were saying the same thing. They didn't have a separate service elevator so it was usually very crowded. Location was ok. Rooms were nice. A bit pricey to not be able to have those amenities as promised.

  Venkey and Adriana were amazing came in late after work needed some accomodations met and they met me with a friendly professional environment 5 stars and great service

  Our stay at the holiday Inn was overall a good experience. When we first to the hotel staff greeted us by the door and with the staffs help we found our rooms easily.

  We slept well here. The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom very clean. While signage indicates renovations are still underway, we were not impacted by any work, and our room (201) looked like it had already been renovated. We would stay here again!

  Check in and check out were a breeze. That was appreciated. The lobby was clean and comfortable. We were on the fifth floor and our room bathroom was immaculately clean. It was super hot out, and although the room AC was working, and had a thermostat, its output was very humid. The humidity in the room was very high. So, yes - cold air, but humid air and that made it difficult to sleep deeply due to allergies. Secondly, it resulted in black mold in the window sill. I understand how hard this must be to control, but, if you invest in a better ac compressor and valve system and/or repair/keep up the one you have, it will help a lot. Second, a deep cleaning of window sills quarterly in each room on a rolling schedule. These are the ONLY ways you will mitigate black mold. For $200/night (that's WITH IHG member discount), I expect no black mold. I was very congested and allergic, and although the bed was very comfortable, it made me feel pretty sick. It took several hours for my headache and congestion to go away the next day. Also - no complimentary breakfast? I am surprised by this. My family traveled across the country two years in a row, and, I travel for work in the spring and fall. I often use priceline. And NO complimentary breakfast is very odd. Of course, there was a menu of breakfast items for purchase - $12-$15 for eggs, toast, and a couple sausage links. So - minus 1 star for a little window sill black mold, and minus 1 star for no complimentary breakfast.
