  To start with the staff was not friendly at all, my room had extremely hot, boiling water coming out to the point where I could not shower because of how hot it was also the entire entire place smelled like cigarettes, even though there was a strict policy of no smoking. Then on my second night emblem stolen when I asked for them to see the cameras and help me make a police report to be able to get my front emblem back. They told me the manager was not on shift and I needed to email a customer service person because unfortunately no one with them for the weekend. Nobody contacted me. Nothing was done about it and I was told I would be upgraded rooms for the The water being extremely hot in my room and it was In fact charged to my card For the upgrade to a room that smell like a cigarettes box

  Room was clean, with a comfortable bed and good climate control. The attendant at the front desk was lovely and helpful to us and we were so appreciative after a long day of travel.

  Im best western member an that hotel dont deserve the name of the branch !! Room smell bad The indien at the reception seem tired and deseperated off his life ! The also dont give me my member gift !!! Right now im at the BEST Western Adams Inn Quincy-Boston 10/10 The break fast restaurant (no link with the hotel serve super breackfast !

  Amazing! Friendly staff, clean rooms. On site diner with great food! If you can, get Room 493. King suite with full kitchen and sitting area with couch and chairs, desk area. Large rooms. Stayed 3 days because the room was Marvelous!

  This was one of the few times I have genuinely been unhappy with a Best Western. The shower doors would not close properly without a bath cloth wedged in between them. The television picture would not turn on until someone from the front desk came and used HIS remote to turn it on. (If the remotes don't work, replace them.) There was a strange odor in the hotel addition that we were in. Finally (and most importantly) it did not include a complimentary breakfast. We were offered a 15% discount voucher for the restaurant next door. In today's economy, that was basically useless. We will continue to stay at Best Westerns, but will not return to this one.
