  Really really nice hotel very modern cool. We arrived late the lobby store was convenient and self checkout. Pint of ice cream was good and cheaper than Ben & Jerry’s. Went to the restaurant for breakfast our waitress and staff were incredible! View was awesome. Highly recommended the restaurant.

  Awful experience trying to book my stay. Booking agents was not clear in any of her responses and kept talking over me. When I tried to clarify her answer, I would get a different answer. Could not get a clear answer on rates or cancellation policy. I was never able to book and would not stay there based on this experience alone. I called back to share my feedback with the manager, but was told that they were busy and wouldn’t be able to speak with me

  We stayed here as a couple with family in other rooms for a cathedral ledge wedding. The hotel staff were very accommodating to our 1.5yr old nephew and in-laws small dog, as well as helping with wedding craziness (tissues, coffee, suggesting first view photo locations on property). We couldn't have asked for nicer staff!! The hotel is super clean, brand new, the interior design is luxury to the max! I enjoyed our stay, especially how half the rooms in the hotel had views of my Washington. The breakfast was overpriced in my opinion, but the dinners at the same restaurant were delicious and reasonably priced! Because the hotel is brand new the doors and windows are well insulated, while being close to the main Rd you really can hardly hear it. I would recommend this to anyone traveling with a dog, or who enjoys luxury hotels for moderate price.

  Enjoyed our 3 night stay over 4th of July. Staff were very friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable and the location is excellent. Some traffic noise can be heard when staying in the front rooms, but otherwise heard zero noise from adjacent rooms or the room above. Ask for a 3rd floor room for best view (2nd wasn’t bad, but telephone/electric wires run right across the view). Our room rate included breakfast, which was very tasty and quite a good size portion. I wish their little bar stayed open until at least 10pm, but unfortunately they close at 9. Highly recommend, especially if looking for something newly built in the area.

  We had a great stay at Hotel Indigo North Conway and really enjoyed our time here with our family. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and everything smelled so fresh and clean. One thing that really stood out to me was the ZENOLOGY hand wash. I loved it so much that I even looked up where to buy it! The only issue we experienced was that the hotel is pet friendly. The guests in Room 336 next to us had two or three dogs. Early on the morning of July 4, the dogs barked repeatedly and woke us up several times. Even later, while we left for breakfast around 11:00 AM, the dogs were still barking nonstop. I understand that pets are welcome, but I hope the hotel can better address situations like this so they don’t disturb other guests.
