  New, clean and very near the town center. Best is belong to IHG network now. I got the small room with no living room. A bit small but ok for a night. Restaurant is on 3rd floor

  The hotel is in a nice location and clean. The staff is amazing. Had a great breakfast in their restaurant and a shout out to Sara for her outstanding service. The problem I had was with the extremely loud heating system in the room. There was no sleeping, because of this. I never expected in a new hotel I would have to deal with something like this. Not only was it loud , it was blowing cold air, even when on the heat setting. I talked with several staff members and they were very aware of the issue and pretty much told me, it wasn’t going to be fixed. I had planned on staying 2 nights, but left after one.

  What a beautiful hotel and a breathtaking view of Mt. Washington from the room, the restaurant, or even the swimming pool. Public area is clean and spotless. Fresh and clean towels are well-organized and available at the pool and the gym. Parking is convenient. Checking in was smooth and professional, and extremely quick. Unfortunately, the king-size suite was full, but there were two queen beds with a balcony on the third floor - thoughtfully design and practical. We had such a memorable weekend, thanks to the wonderful hospitality from Alex, Mary, and the entire staff.

  First off being a small business owner myself I do not like leaving negative reviews. But given I never was once contacted about our issues I feel the need to. I want to preclude the review with placing blame solely on management and not the staff. We had stayed at the hotel 3 previous times before our last visit. Some initial observations were very clear, they just opened and they were still getting adjusted. But also the fact that they had pallets of supplies sitting outside for weeks was a first sign of lack of Management. Our last visit went like this, checked in, got to room, found dirty linens just piled up on the desk, a used needle sitting on the shelf a very leaky toilet. I went dow to the front desk told he what we had found, asked to change rooms, as the room was obviously not cleaned properly. She said something like I don't think we have any more suites, then 5 minutes later was given a card to another room, went to room and found it to be a standard room, not a suite. went back down said this an she said that all we have for rooms. Ok, luckily my wife wasn't Able to make it that night, so myself and two teen boys just stayed in that room, I asked if they could clean the room for th elect day, she said yes no problem. I waited to noon the next day, go to the front desk and ask if the room was all set, she had to walk down and check. She cam back said it was. Get into room, look around, seems ok, then open the fridge, rotting food that has been there for a bit is sitting in there. I go back to the front desk very pissed at this point and show her, ask if they have a manager on duty , no manager here. I said I worked in a hotel and there is always a person on duty, they said maybe the house keeping manager, I said the one that is not doing their job! Given what was found the previous day the room should have been double checked by some one. Nothing they could even say. We stayed for several days, once checked out and we went home I noticed I had been charged for a suite for all three nights even though we were given a standard room on the first night. Reached out to the GM and never received a response about the issues we had to the money I was charged. Unfortunately this hotel went down hill very quickly, zero management or accountability from ownership.

  Great hotel for us. Clean and modern, Nice and spacious room, friendly staff, good location as we had business to tend to in both North Conway and Jackson. In fact, I like that it’s a little bit away from the North Conway strip. Previously stayed at the lodge in Jackson Village. This is much better.
