  Last minute trip to North Conway, rooms are tired but mine was clean. I did not use the pool but it was packed every night. Breakfast was excellent, I stay in IHG hotels all the time and this is by far the best. The gentleman that ran it kept it clean and well stocked. Pancakes, eggs, omelets, sausages. Fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, bagels , pretty impressive for a hotel and for a family . Front desk staff was friendly.

  Avoid this place its smack dab in the middle of North conway and a complete trash bucket. butts all over the place smashed bottles place is beat lotta bad stuff happened here for sure. No one cares here they need to holiday inn needs to pull the plug on this place FAST

  I’ll never stay here again! <br/>First of all I booked 2 nights back in January for NYE and was unable to stay. So we choose Feb 1-3rd for my birthday (the prices were cheaper for our new dates, but we didn’t get any kind of refund compensation) It’s unfortunate that this hotels policy is a SCAM and for that I will never recommend this Holiday Inn Express to anyone! I should have received the new rate for the 2 nights we were staying and got a refund for the difference. NOPE, they wouldn’t help us. <br/>Upon arriving there was NO parking when we pulled into the parking lot. Upon checking into our room all we could hear was little kids sprinting down the hallway screaming past our room. We left for dinner and told the front desk on our way out that we do not want to hear that all night when we get back from dinner. <br/>Sure enough we get back and the kids are still opening and slamming the doors, running around and the parents are doing NOTHING! My fiancé went downstairs and the front desk employee came up and knocked on their doors. One of guests said “Seriously!? It’s 8pm” ummm this isn’t a playground for your kids to run a muck you inconsiderate slam pig. The walls are paper thin, and the doors are very loud! You can hear the people walking around that are above you. The window track in our room was NASTY! Had comb webs and dead bugs. The bathroom tiles were broken and the floor was dirty. GROSS place to stay!
