- NGNik GoffFeb 3, 20261.0We booked a stay at holiday inn express in north Conway NH for August, we stayed one night out of the week we booked a room for, and because of unfortunate circumstances their was a fire that caused our stay to be interrupted. It has now been 6 months and we still have not received a refund or been able to get in contact with anyone connected to the hotel, this is absolutely unacceptable. After the incident Jennifer Cosentino and Megan Olson promised us the refund was on its way and since then all we have gotten is radio silence and no refund after repeated attempts at communication.

- EMEllie McAdamAug 6, 20241.0Hotel is under renovation. Old, worn out. TV Remote did not work, no replacement. Hair dryer did not work. Wallpaper peeling. Some mold in bathroom. They disclosed only 3 employees. Said no one in the area is available. Driveway had many deep potholes. A/C kept us awake at bedtime. with constant thumping.
