- ERerin reillyAug 29, 20261.0Imagine losing everything you have in a house fire and needing shelter. This hotel is shelter, shelter offers safe space for all guests no matter what. Imagine being mocked by an employee “did I start the fire” during a conversation FOR CLARIFICATION purposes that started about a pet fee? The employee should seriously take a sensitivity course and learn human decency. Learn how to display compassion and bit her tongue. Management should be reconsidered too allowing the employee to continuously chime in. Imagine being a manager and having an employee disregard your title and responsibilities. Wild. I have worked at some high end hotels in Boston and NEVER, I mean NEVER heard of anything like this being condoned. Shame on ALL staff who is currently on the clock, for providing poor treatment to already suffering humans. This is disgusting behavior.

We also filled out the survey you sent and again no response. The only thing you respond to is a public review, which is why I left one.

You can tell they actually care about the people staying here, and that makes such a difference. The place itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and being pet-friendly is such a great bonus! 🐾 But honestly, the best part is the staff. They’re just genuinely kind, down-to-earth people who go out of their way to make you feel at home. A clean, beautiful, pet-friendly place is great—but having such awesome people working here really takes it to the next level. I honestly can’t say enough good things. What more could you want? 💚
