  Rooms are alittle small. It'd be nice to have a light switch by the door for one of the lamps. Only side of the bed has plug-ins/outlets besides the wall outlet. The tv is small by today's standards, 32 inch I believe. The bathroom fan doesn't take the steam out. The curtains were torn. The refrigerator froze mosth things in it.

  Great location if you are visiting the Merrimack area. The breakfasts were very good. The front desk folks were very helpful. They found us new batteries for the remote, a fresh box of tissues, and a throw for when it got slightly chilly. The AC, water pressure, and noise level were all great.

  The service was fine, pool was clean, location is ok, we honestly were happy with our stay until we woke up to a cockroach in our bed, and since we booked through expedia we went through expedia about this and we were told by expedia that the hotel declined to do anything about it. 10/10 do not recommend.

  Friendliest and most helpful staff. Great breakfast options and quality. Clean rooms. Outdoor pool and its fenced-in patio and garden area are a real treat. Never visited fitness center (it's being upgraded at this time). Dog-friendly with plenty of areas outside for walking. Overall, hotel physical condition, including furnishings and elevators, is dated and deteriorating but all still functioning well. We have stayed here many times when visiting our special needs' adult son who lives in a residence nearby. He often stays with us here overnight and staff's attention to him makes this a very happy place for my family.

  This is a rundown motel that is located near Merrimack Outlet. Aside from that, there were very few good things about it. The furniture in the room showed its age. For example, the sofa had its top fabric torn in a few places. The bathtub faucet couldn't be completely shut off when you switched to the shower heads What's the worst, was the sound-proofing of the room. Basically it didn't exist. We could hear clearly every step of the upper floor room guests, and we could tell exactly what they were doing 5 am in the morning. If anyone was speaking even outside the building, we could clearly hear each word they said. We didn't had any good sleep for the two nights we stayed there, despite being exhausted both days. To add insult to injury, we found the hotel double charged us for our stay, despite our reservation was fully prepaid through Chase Travel. When we called them to ask why we were double charged, they had no clue and just plainly said that our reservation wasn't fully prepaid. It's either IHG management or the hotel staff that was incompetent. (A small detail - when I called, the staff had to ask my three-letter last name FIVE times.) In the end I had to open an dispute with my Chase credit card for the double charge. It was a completely disgrace.
