  This is my second stay at this hotel and just like the first on perfect service and better than many with a few extra stars. My room is perfect large and comfortable. Extremely high attention to detail. When I travel I almost exclusively use express inn & suites. The & suites parts a big difference in rooms. Ideal for those travelling for work and like a quiet no frills place to call home. There is no waiting for breakfast because it a large buffet always. Call me crazy but I usually don’t take the slightly more expensive hotels like a normal holiday inn or courtyard because the the express inn and suites always have a good breakfast and the crazy good biscuits and gravy. There is a 24 hour costa coffee machine , extra hangers in the closet and a nice office desk to use for work. A pool, hot tub gym etc. Best of all is the service. For the second time Harry was at the front desk and he is awesome. Such a welcoming host and fastest check in on earth. Complimentary gift and welcome for IHG gold etc. Definitely coming back here on next trip in 2 months. Thanks Harry!

  Stayed here for our vacation. 5 days. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was very nice and attentive. Fresh breakfast served daily was very tasty! Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Manchester.

  This Hotel is great!! My wife and I stay here when we go to Boston. The gentleman at the front desk is probably the nicest human being you'll ever meet, and shout out to the breakfast attendant Chaima for coming in clutch with cinnamon buns made specially for us when she didn't have to. We will definitely be back!

  Rooms: The rooms are kept nice and tidy with housekeeping/room service showing up at least once a day. The water from the shower can be a bit messy at times regardless if you’re in an accessible room or not, which can use up towels quickly, but with room service appearing once per day, this is really a non-issue. Service: Here’s the part of the review that really shines. That’s because of the front desk manager named Harry Singh. He’s very personable, friendly, and goes above and beyond to be helpful towards guests. At the same time, he’s professional. For example, I’ve observed him deftly handle difficult situations with poise and distinction. Abdul, the third-shift front desk attendant, is great, too. Location: The location of this inn is very convenient, especially for those without transportation. For example, the hotel is right across the street from my bank, and within .5 miles from the grocery store as well as Walmart. The location is ideal.

  The Holiday Inn Express was extremely clean, new, well lit, and smelled amazing. The lobby is welcoming and the front desk manager, named Harry, is what makes the place worth the visit. He couldn’t have been nicer and happier to greet each new guest that stayed. He was in the middle of a thousand things but never missed a step. Next time I’m near by and considering my options, this Holiday Inn Express will be my stop.
