  A special thank you to reservation manager Richard Brumlik for taking such good care of our family. The resort was beautiful and staff were accommodating and kind. We had a wonderful time enjoying the amenities as well as the gorgeous hiking trails. Highly recommend! Jeanie O

  We went for the 4th and it was horrible !! We have been before but the suite this time was VERY SMALL !!! plus I'm a senior and the Elevator was Broken!!! We have been going to Loon MANY years but after this trip we will look for lodging some where else.

  Stayed here for 4th of July weekend. The place is very old and outdated. No refrigerator in the room. The room was very clean. Called to see if there was early check in available. The clerk said only rooms without a balcony were available for early check in. We said we would prefer a balcony so we would wait for it. The clerk said he would note our preference. We checked in later and got to the room and it did not have a balcony. Called the front desk and asked about it and was told that we did not give a preference, though we had only a few hours earlier. Oh well, not a huge deal but kind of annoying. Fitness rooms and spa were in a creepy dingy basement. Did not use the $50 spa credit due to the creepy vibes and bad reviews. Location is great, and we had a nice view from the window. Too bad there wasn’t a balcony. We decided the balcony wasn’t worth it anyway because the very loud AC units were about head level on the balconies from what we saw. The hotel served its purpose but probably would not return.
