  I have been taking teens on trips across the United States and Canada for over 15 years, and I can honestly say I have never had a better hotel experience. The entire staff was welcoming, professional, accommodating, and genuinely kind. Traveling with a large group of teenagers can be challenging, but the team made everything feel smooth and effortless. There is something truly special about this hotel and the people who work there. A special shoutout to Alessandro, Kate, Nick, and the GM Amir who each went above and beyond and made our stay exceptional. Their hospitality and positive attitudes did not go unnoticed. From exceptional experiences to amazing location, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to families, groups, and youth organizations. We hope to return in the future!

  I love the cleanliness of this place. I also love the hot tub and pool after a long day of hiking in the White Mountains. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. I love seeing the same faces when I come back. Alex is especially a delight to see!

  Wonderful family stay — we will definitely come back! We stayed at this hotel with our family of five on Saturday, July 11, and we had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. Our room was exceptionally clean and cozy. Everything looked very well maintained — the bedding felt fresh and new, the towels were in excellent condition, and the furniture and room itself were neat, comfortable, and inviting. We really appreciated the attention to cleanliness and the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. One of the things we especially appreciated was that the swimming pool was open until 11:00 PM. After a long and busy day of traveling, it was wonderful to relax in the evening. Our children had a great time swimming, and we also enjoyed the hot tub. It was a perfect way to end the day. We were also pleased that there were always plenty of clean towels available at the pool area. This was another thoughtful detail that made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff was very friendly, kind, and helpful. We would especially like to mention the breakfast team. They did an excellent job making sure everything was always available and well organized. They regularly checked the food, refilled items when needed, kept the dining area clean, wiped the tables, and made sure the trash bins were never overflowing. Their attention to detail and care for guests really stood out. We also had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with the chef, Nick. He was such a positive, friendly, and welcoming person. It was wonderful to see his passion for his work and the care he puts into making guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. Our whole family truly enjoyed our stay. This hotel has a warm, comfortable atmosphere, and we are very grateful for the hospitality we received. We are already planning to return in the fall because there is still so much we would love to explore in the area. We will definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit. Ми зупинялися в цьому готелі всією сім’єю з п’яти людей у суботу, 11 липня, і залишилися надзвичайно задоволені нашим перебуванням. Від самого моменту приїзду ми відчули теплу атмосферу та привітність. Наш номер був надзвичайно чистий і затишний. Усе було дуже доглянуте: постіль виглядала свіжою та майже новою, рушники були у чудовому стані, меблі та вся кімната були акуратні, комфортні й приємні. Ми дуже оцінили увагу до чистоти та спокійну атмосферу готелю. Особливо нам сподобалося, що басейн працював до 11 години вечора. Після довгого й насиченого дня подорожі було надзвичайно приємно ще ввечері відпочити. Наші діти із великим задоволенням провели час у басейні, а ми також насолодилися джакузі. Це був чудовий спосіб завершити день. Також було дуже приємно, що біля басейну завжди було достатньо чистих рушників для гостей. Це ще одна приємна деталь, яка зробила наше перебування ще комфортнішим. Персонал був дуже привітний, доброзичливий і завжди готовий допомогти. Особливо хочемо відзначити працівників, які займалися сніданком. Вони чудово виконували свою роботу: постійно перевіряли, чи достатньо їжі, вчасно поповнювали запаси, підтримували чистоту в зоні сніданку, витирали столи та стежили, щоб сміттєві баки завжди виглядали охайно. Було видно їхню турботу про гостей і увагу до деталей. Також нам пощастило познайомитися та поспілкуватися із шеф-кухарем Ніком. Це дуже позитивна, привітна і приємна людина. Було чудово побачити, з якою любов’ю та відповідальністю він ставиться до своєї роботи і як дбає про комфорт гостей. Уся наша сім’я отримала чудові враження від перебування. У цьому готелі дуже тепла, затишна атмосфера, і ми щиро вдячні за таку гостинність. Ми вже плануємо повернутися восени, тому що в цьому районі ще так багато хочеться побачити. Наступного разу ми обов’язково знову оберемо саме цей готель. Щиро дякуємо всій команді за те, що зробили наше перебування таким приємним і незабутнім!

  This hotel was amazing to come back to after a long day of hiking. Its quiet, the pool and hot tub were clean, the free breakfast was good and had a good variety and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back at some point!

  We LOVE staying here! The staff take the time to get to know you and welcome you back by name. When we see them at the desk or breakfast area, they greet us by name. They go above and beyond to make our stay the best it can be. My kids look forward to seeing the staff every year and swimming in the pool! It is a great location for day trips to Santa’s Village and Storyland. Great places to eat nearby and plenty of activities throughout the week. Definitely recommend!
